First time ever for me at any Blaze Pizza, thanks to the social media lure on this 3/14 Pi Day. The forum had a lot of naysayers due to the prospects of having to put up with long lines just to save a few bucks. Heeding the risk, I chose to stop by during the lull of the mid afternoon -- yeah, at precisely 3:14pm. 6 people went in right in front of me -- not a good sign. Inside, the line almost reached the door but it didn't look that bad because the line hid itself out of sight by meandering over multiple corners. And the actual wait time was actually pretty remarkably short. It took only 15 minutes from the moment I got in line to when I had the boxes in hand. Thanks to their operationally efficient assembly line: 1 staff member takes order, 1 makes the pizza dough, 2 prepare the pizza with sauce and base toppings, another 2 garnish extra toppings, another 2 man the oven, 1 finishes up the order with optional drizzles and sprinkles. Oh, and 1 cashier. That's 10 people keeping the line moving! I ordered a Meat Lover and a BBQ Chicken. Both are signature pizzas, but you can build your own for the same price. A couple of surprises for me. First, it's a lot smaller than I expected; basically a personal-size pizza. Second, it's one of the best pizzas I've had. The dough/crust was simply perfect. It's not soggy like Sam's Club pizza. It's not greasy like the Pizza Hut pizza. It's not dry like a Costco pizza. And while it's a thin crust pizza, it's not crispy like a matzo. It's simply a thin, springy delight that elevates any toppings you choose. We will definitely be back now that we're introduced to this wonderful chain.

This is the second time I've been to a Blaze Pizza, and this one was a different location than the first. My wife and I decided to take the kids this time. I was just as impressed with this location as I was with the one in Westminster that my wife and I visited. The pizza was great. The restaurant was tidy, and it made me happy to see some other patrons enjoying some lunch this time as well. The kids enjoyed it just as much as we did, and just like the one in Westminster, if we are ever in that area again anytime soon, we will be back. It's cool to find a restaurant that is consistently good and in multiple locations. So for sure this is now one of our go to restaurants when we're looking for someplace that we know is good and don't want to take a chance on going someplace where we think we might have a bad meal. Thanks, Blaze Pizza.

I love coming here when I am camp hill. I wish there was in Carlisle. I’d be there all the time if there was. I’ve never had bad experience here. Always been fantastic and the pizza is always delicious! I absolutely love their bbq sauce! It’s the best and the only sauce I get now and I top it with bbq sauce! I love the setup how you can see it being made from start to finish like subway and I love the build your own where you can add as many toppings as you want and it’s the same price! Can’t find that anywhere else! I love cheese stuffed crust so I would love to see that become an option but blaze is a great experience and I highly recommend them!

We come here all the time and love it but something has changed recently. We’ve had two awful experiences back to back which both have led to remakes of food as a result of staff that doesn’t pay attention. The first time, I tried to give benefit of the doubt but after this most recent experience it was very hard to excuse. The order process is for some reason very complex (and it didn’t used to be). We were asked what we wanted on our pizzas and it’s printed on a ticket. Then, instead of reading the ticket, staff asks whoever is first in line the exact same questions instead of who it actually belongs to, which led to big mix ups, especially if it didn’t match the ticket (which is not the customer’s fault). Or if they do follow the ticket, they don’t look up to confirm with you that’s exactly how you want it (which again, led to mix ups). The first time, my pizza had to be remade because it was improperly handled so half the cheese/toppings fell off and they tried to still serve it to me and blame it on me that it happened because there was too much on it (that’s how I always order it and never had any issues). This second time, my pizza was fully burnt and again they tried to serve it to me. I’m not sure how someone could see that it was burnt and still try to serve it. Other customers also received burnt pizzas and they had to be remade as well. Both times, staff did not apologize for any inconvenience. We love their food but at this point it’s an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish and we are really considering not...

3/20/21 ordered online @3:06 I was to get a confirmation # and text from the delivery service. An hour later, I never received my order. When I called the store, they said my order was picked up 26 mins ago. I live 11 mins. From the store. An hour and a half later I called back. They were EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me. When all I asked for was my order to be refunded. No apology or explanation what so ever. While I understand issues happen from time to time, I wouldn't have minded if they tried to fix the situation, or look into what happened to my order. For them to be rude and hang up on someone was COMPLETELY unnecessary. Blaze is a growing chain and appears they could care less, if they loose one measly customer. Blaze, you need to work on your customer service and remember what your working for. I will never EVER order Blaze again. Had they been nice, or tried to rectify the situation I would have though otherwise. Make sense why they don't have a corporate number. I never ever left a bad review, unfortunately this time was warranted. Now let me see if I can find...
