I’ve been going back and forth on writing this because I usually don’t write these and honestly this is my first review but with how my partner felt and still currently feels about this experience you guys are getting this one star . My partner and I ordered food from this establishment Pizza Grille via DoorDash at 8:13pm something we’ve done multiple times before. Our order was one small and one large fruit and nut salad and also a small Pepperoni pizza. When the food was delivered we had only gotten the two salads. So my partner had called the DoorDash delivery driver. The gentleman didn’t speak English but drove back to our house and while using Google translate explained that Pizza Grille only gave him the salads. My partner then called Pizza Grille and at first they tried to say the guy didn’t say anything about a pizza. My partner explained it’s door dash the only thing he should’ve had to say was the name for the order. The woman she spoke to agreed, acknowledged the mistake and then said they had the pizza- her literal words “that the pizza was still there.” My partner said great she was about 10 mins away and would be on her way to come get the pizza. Even though they were closing the person she spoke to on the phone said okay no problem. Now granted at this point the store is closing but they knew my partner was coming. The place closed at 9 pm my partner got there at 9:10pm. When she pulled up the employees saw her and instead of just giving her the pizza. They acted petty and started cutting off all the lights. She could literally see them running around turning the lights off in the building. Didn’t come out out to give the pizza or anything. Not only did they waste our time but also our gas. The most frustrating thing about it was that they knew she was coming so why act like that? We’ve ate from here many times but This whole experience with that terrible service has left a sour taste in our mouths and we won’t be coming back. I understand that they won’t care about this review just solely based on how they treated us but I’m writing this review to make others aware that the customer service we...

My recent visit to Pizza Grille in Camp Hill, PA, was an experience I just have to share! This place is a true testament to how a local eatery can excel in both accessibility and cuisine, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area.
From the get-go, Pizza Grille impressed with its thoughtfully designed parking area, making it super easy for us to navigate and park, especially important as we use motorized wheelchairs. The accessible aisles, restrooms, and seating arrangements inside the restaurant made our dining experience smooth and comfortable, which isn't always a given when we're out and about.
But let's talk about the food because, oh, was it a treat! The penne pasta dish my husband chose was a hearty ensemble of marinara sauce, turkey sausage, and peppers, perfectly accompanied by pizza bread. I, on the other hand, opted for something a bit lighter but equally tantalizing - a blueberry and sunflower seed salad dressed in an irresistible Sriracha champagne dressing. It was the kind of dressing you'd want to bottle up and take home! And we couldn't resist topping off our meal with a smoked mozzarella and mushroom pizza for later, which was every bit as delicious as it sounds.
What really set our experience apart, though, were the personal touches. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable, from opening doors for us to capturing our special Valentine's lunch with a photo. It's these gestures that transform a meal into a memory.
In sharing this, I hope to not only spotlight Pizza Grille's commitment to accessible dining but also to encourage other local businesses to follow in their footsteps. It's places like these that make our community more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Hats off to Pizza Grille for leading by example and for the...
Read moreI really liked the relaxed environment sitting out in the enclosed area, I'll be back when it's warmer to sit out there when the doors are opened. The pizza and pasta were good but my favorite part of the meal was the spicy chicken and sausage soup. The drink I ordered was really good and strong too which was a pleasant surprise, not the usual $12 watered down drink you receive at most places. There were two menus on the table and both showed only alcoholic drinks. We wanted some soda or tea to go along with our pizza. When we asked the server if they had tea she simply said yes. We asked if they had raspberry tea and again she said yes but the tea she brought out seemed to be plain unsweetened tea. She acted as though she didn't have time for our questions even when we were ordering. It was out first time here but we only asked about one or two things and she seemed to be in a rush. The place was busy so maybe that was the reason, I'm not sure. I didn't feel as though we were being rushed to leave though which was nice. I noticed a lot of the groups out in the enclosed area relaxing and chatting after their meal so the relaxed environment is definitely a plus. We'll be back for sure, there's only thirty more styles of...
