Honestly, I was extremely disappointed last time I ate here. I felt like I was a burden on the manager. I waited 5-10 minutes to order while the staff was looking straight at me. On their behalf, the drive thru was backed up, but not once was I aknowledged. I can handle that. I know they get busy from time to time and it’s hard. But what really upset me was the manager. I have been going to this location for years and I haven’t been treated this poorly by a manager. I see him often when I come in and he is most of the time in a bad mood. I can deal with that. When he finally took my order, he avoided eye contact and asked me “what do I want?” with an attitude. I immediately started to get annoyed with his apathetic tone. I asked for an extra slice of cheese on my whopper and he says in a hostile way, “there is already two slices of cheese on the bread.” I rolled my eyes and just went with it. I could tell he really did not want me their. I ordered a pie, and the one employee kindly asked me to wait. The employee took my order and the manager, Jim, again avoided eye contact and said here you go. No apology, no smile, and honestly very poor customer service. If you’re the Assistant Manager, you think you would be more hospitable than your employee’s. When the employees were way better in Hospitality than your manager, something is wrong. My whopper was really good, although I didn’t get my extra cheese on it like I asked. Fries were cold. And Jim, the manager really needs to cheer up and provide better...

Staff: This location's staff were arguing and rude to one another from the moment we walked in. I heard one female employee call the manager dumb right to his face because he was making the order his way instead of how she would do it. Another employee walked up to ask a question to another and he was told to stop talking mid-sentence. One of the employees told another customer to wait because he was trying to finish his personal conversation with another customer.
Food: They were out of the promotional Brisket Whopper so had to settle for a different sandwich. Chose the Bacon King. The bacon was terrible. It was burnt and crunchy. As for the rest of the order, it was all correct except for one sandwich. I ordered it with extra onion and only got one sliver the size of a nickel. Instead of having them remake the sandwich, I got them to give me the onion and I put it on myself.
Cleanliness: Not dirty from what I saw.
We only stopped here while passing through so I'm not sure if this is standard for this location. But if I was local, I'd probably choose to skip this location and go...
Read moreI usually enjoy the service and the food usually isn't terrible. But recently there has been a pattern of items missing. I put in a mobile order and asked for three hershey pies - one of them I used crowns for. None of my pies were in my order, and I didn't notice til I got home to eat. No big deal, it happens. I contacted Burger King through the app and they offered me a store credit to use on a future order.
Last time this happened, I accepted the store credit. But when I went to use it, I found out that I couldn't combine the store credit with any kind of promotion that was going on, I could only use it on full priced menu items. So it's not a good deal for me - I almost always use coupons or promotions. I asked to get my money back and my crowds reissued.
They informed me that the missing items were not eligible for a refund, so they hoped I would accept the $10 store credit. I was absolutely floored. I have never heard of a store refusing to refund for a missing item. So buyer beware - make sure you check your bag before you drive away. If something is missing, you might not be able to get...
