Big Lots — Local services in Hampden Township

I used to frequently stop here after work for odds-and-ends. Over the years, they have changed their inventory as well as the layout of things. Alternative options have opened so I happened in here for a sale item on its last day. I was able to stock up but the checkout was swamped and slow. It took forever especially as we are all funneled thru cattleshutes to the two available registers. Conpunding things are those who in front of you who don't bring enough "financing" in with them to actually pay for their full purchase. Great service from the cashiers, I went in just to see if I could find outside items for my deck. The staff was so friendly with assisting me but the manager (Matt ) was kind of a creep. When he Helped me he was very unappropriate. He said things that had nothing to do with the sale but more to do with my life. I can't believe a manager was hitting in me in a very nasty way. Also smelled like he just smoked a blunt on break. I will never go back to camp hill big lots again. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Went to buy the grill gazebo, they had tickets for the gazebo but when I got to the register they were sold out. I was told by an associate that i could either wait and come back Monday, but the price would go up by $35, or I could drive to the Harrisburg store which he told me had them in stock.
