We just had dinner here and let me say prices are insane! 3.05 for a lemonade. It said on the receipt it was a "large" it was the same exact cup as the rest of us...... RIP OFFS! The food wasn't to great either. Very bland only one small section of my Reuben sandwich had sauce on it. The rest had nothing. The meat was beyond dry. The quesadilla was supposed to be chicken well it was mostly stuffed with peppers instead. The burger my bf took one bite the entire thing fell apart onto his plate. He gave up trying and started eating his burger with a fork! Thing that made it worse was the waitress. She hardly came to our table, but she circled around the entire dining room going to the tables multiple times, but avoided ours all together. She took our orders and my mom asked to have a few minutes to decide if she wanted chilli or a sandwich. She said okay and then 20 minutes go by and she never came back to ask if she which one she wanted. She did come back after the hostess gave us our food. She asked if we were okay once she gave the food to the other table. All of our cups were empty. Have been for 10 minutes. We said we were fine before we could finish our sentence, she takes off. The hostess had to give us our first refills. We stopped eating 20 minutes before she came to our table to ask if we wanted dessert. Btw she came to our table to ask when I started talking loudly when she was near us about how she never came back to this table to see if we needed anything...... We asked for the boxes since we were done eating. There was people next to us that came in after us and left 25 minutes before us! She went to their table more than ours..... Just all around bad experience price wise, food wise, and waitress wise the hostess was great though so that is a good thing atleast....I will never, ever, ever, eat here again nor recommend this...
Read moreWe were in today for lunch with a relative who has Alzheimer’s. The employees were phenomenal! They could tell that he needed some extra help and jumped through hoops to get us whatever it seemed we needed. We weren’t the only ones who got the attention either, the man working the register (owner? Manager?) assisted a woman with her walker, chit chatted with a regular about his grandkids, etc. You could tell that he cared about the dining experience his customers received! He didn’t stand around and just take money, he was friendly while ringing customers out or seating them and ran to do other things during his downtime, like grab extra napkins for us or clear our plates. When he saw we were packing up some food to go, he brought a bag open and ready for us to put the containers in. Kudos on the short wait times, good food, and excellent...
Read moreThis morning, while out with friends, I watched an elderly woman in distress not receive any help from ownership. She repeatedly asked for help and an ambulance to be called. The owner (I assume) repeatedly brushed her off, and just kept telling her someone was helping. This went on long enough that the elderly woman ended up calling 911 herself. At this point, I got in the phone with the operator, because management seemed more bothered, by this, than relieved. After being instructed to keep her sitting, as soon as the ambulance arrived, management shuffled her out the back door, despite the paramedics entering through the front. The entire lack of compassion was disgusting. This woman was clearly disoriented, and scared. I hope that is never your mother in that situation....
