The man who works there at the drive through window is very aggressive to black consumers and rude. This is the 2nd incident . I order a medium frozen coffee with whip cream. When I went to pick it up he did not add the whip cream. I informed him I surly requested it my friend was in the car behind me who I was on the phone with she is white. We was talking and she was like I heard . I said can you please add it thank you I appreciate it. He did not want to he stanched my money and so okay okay hurry up. My friend behind me decided to say she forgot to ask him to add cream cheese to her bagel. He said I’m so very sorry here I’ll add it no problem. We was both in shock with the type of treatment he treated me an African American women versus her. We are never going back and will be putting him in the exposing racism group. Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had two really disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ drive-thru that I can’t ignore.
The first time, I was handed a drink with the lid barely secured—it almost spilled all over me in the car. I get that mistakes happen, but a secure lid is the bare minimum when handing someone a drink at the drive-thru.
Gave them another chance, but the second time was worse. The staff was rude, rushed my order, I can’t understand the stuff’s heavy Indian accent and still managed to get it wrong. No apology, just attitude and no greetings. I left feeling frustrated and regretting even stopping by.
