This review refers to Airport Plaza location where the cashier was hesitant to refund my credit card according to the receipt. She had to call ssomeone and that person was UNAWARE of return policy dates. I like the Krocks Road location BETTER where the clerks are personable and help mitigate returns in an honest, trustworthy manner. I'm thinking it has to do with internal sales quotas and the staff tries to confuse the shopper into a STORE CREDIT which keeps dollars on OLD NAVY books instead of returning dollars to the customers credit card! Super disappointed in management here. They close at 7pm on Sundays, which is fine. I arrived around 5:50 and at 6:15 I had about 6 pairs of pants to try on. I went to the dressing room and they had just blocked it off. I asked if I could try on the pants and they say they just closed the rooms for the day. She said they close them 30 minutes before close. I could have been in and out of there by 6:30, but since they chose to close the rooms 15 minutes early, they lost my sale. BUYERS BEWARE. I bought an item at Old Navy. When I went to wrap it, I had gotten the wrong size. I went today and returned it. I was not surprised that they were out of the size I needed. I picked out something else. I had my receipt for the item I was returning. However, I was informed I would only get the price the item was on sale for today. Remember I have my receipt.
