I would highly recommend this place to anyone one. The young woman was super nice and friendly. The place is super clean and they have a great selection of flavors to choose from. I got their ice coffee and It was way better than places like Starbucks, dunking donuts. They use richmond's brand Ice cream. My only complaint is that the tables and chairs are one the small side , and be careful if you lean back on the chairs it isn't real sturdy and feels flimsy. Also the place is a little expensive. When I’m in the area I always stop at Polly’s for an Ice Cream treat! The building is so cute and clean, nestled in a quaint area of HV! They offer so many flavors of IC, unlike other places, and have a great selection of cones, bowls, Jimmie’s, sauces, etc!! I can’t complain about price because the portions are very generous and I never feel “jipped”. The IC always tastes fresh and delicious and the staff is so friendly. Absolutely love this place! The new owner, a young lady with an obvious passion for her business, has truly brought new life to this ice cream shop. The vibe is warm and welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and the ice cream? Incredible.
