I stopped at our local Arby's this morning around 10:08A they open at 10A. There was 1 car in front of me. When I got to the speaker I could tell the person on the other side was not happy. His voice was very AGGRESSIVE and AGITATED. He kept cutting me off with IS THAT IT. I had my sister on a video call and even she was like dang what is his problem!? So I get to the window to pay and receive my food and the gentleman swings the window open states my total I pass my card and grab my drink. Because he was rushing me to complete my order I forgot to say no ice in my drink. The food and drink was for my 90 year old grandmother and she cannot have ice in her drinks. I apologized and said I forgot to ask for no ice and he goes TAH!! So I said well is there a problem?? He goes to say WELLL... So I said nevermind. I started to pull off, he he goes YOUR CARD! DO U WANT ME TO SCOOP THE ICE OUT WITH THE ICE SCOOP! I replied no thank you it's fine. This man which I believe he's a manager was very rude and I just don't know why he was so AGITATED and the store literally just opened at 10A. I visit this store every week for my grandmother a d I've never been treated like this. I had to come home and scoop her ice out with the lid and then only had half a cup of sweet tea when it was all said and done. I paid for a large. If he is indeed a manager or supervisor he needs to go back in training and learn some soft skills. You don't treat people like that. He was totally out of line. I didn't get a receipt but I'll describe him as a Caucasian gay man, not very tall at all and skinny. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and a large sweet tea. Last time we had to pull around to wait for mozzarella sticks and then our order was given to someone else so we had to wait while our whole order was remade. It took about 20 minutes even though when we had originally pulled in we were the 1st and only car in the drive thru. This past time, my daughter's Arby's Melt had so little meat on it it was comical. (Think old Wendy's commercials "Where's the beef?") I tried to take a picture but the picture makes the sandwich look better than it actually was since there was literally only a thin layer of meat but that was hard to capture while also trying to capture how small of an area of the bun was filled. I left my previous good review also so the current situation can be compared to how it used to be even though there was a severe staffing shortage then. I guess in all honesty, they did at least have some food to serve. We had been to the nearby Burger King only to find a sign saying that they didn't have burger, cheeseburgers, whoppers, etc.... Like everyone, they are having trouble hiring so only the drive-thru was open when we went but I decided I needed to write a review because they always get our orders right. I am not sure if it's the manager or an employee but for as long as I can remember, I always see the same man at the drive-, thru window. Tha second time which was 3 days ago fish was thin & Hard tasted like card board, and the fries were hot but brown ,i am sure do to old oil.Now i went today and went thru drive thru and i asked for a fresh fish sandwich and explained to the girl the reason why( tasted like cardboard) she assurred me that it would be fresh .Well guess what it was a repeat of the same prior ...fish thin and cardboardish taste and the fries where hard& brown, which i might add they tried to upsell to a large, could you imagine spending more money for more B.
