Cassandra, the manager, should not be working with the public. I’ve experienced her rudeness on two separate occasions. On the first visit, she interrupted her staff over the intercom and told me to drive forward before I even completed my order. There were visible mistakes on the screen that needed correction, but I was rushed anyway.
She also claimed there is no “dark toasted” button for croissants, which is incorrect — the option is on the register. This shows she is not fully familiar with the tools she’s managing. As a result, my sandwiches were made incorrectly. When she brought out the replacements, she extended her hand and insisted I give her the original ones back so she could throw them in the trash — as if ensuring I wouldn’t keep what they had made wrong. Instead of allowing me to have them or acknowledging the inconvenience, she would rather waste food just to make a point.
She also became confrontational when I asked for my first drink to be left unstirred. She insisted that it couldn’t be done, even though I had confirmed with the owner that customers can make that request and staff are expected to honor it.
Today, I placed another order — a caramel iced latte — and didn’t realize until I got all the way home that it had no flavor at all. I called to ask if they could note it down for a future replacement. Instead of handling the matter professionally, Cassandra argued with me. She told me to save the drink and bring it back when I needed a replacement. I explained that I wouldn’t be returning until the end of the week. Her response was, “So basically you want to keep the drink and also get another one — so you want both?”
That response was unnecessary and condescending. The store made the mistake, and now I’m being made to feel guilty for wanting a replacement — for something I already paid for and didn’t receive correctly. Of course I should get a new one. I spent $7 and got the wrong drink. A professional response would have been, “I’m so sorry the drink was incorrect. We’ll note it down — just let us know when you come in.” Instead, I was met with attitude.
I also spoke to the owner today. Cassandra frequently talks over customers, becomes argumentative even when the business is at fault, and makes customers feel disrespected. She should not be in a management role. Her behavior will cost the company business — I know they’ve already lost mine.

Read moreI placed a mobile order today- a medium iced coffee with caramel and cold foam. As you can see from the picture there was zero cold foam... and wasn't made with caramel but with hazelnut syrup. Before I realized it was the wrong flavor- I asked the kid at the window if my order was correct because there was no cold foam and he said there WAS cold foam on it, he just didn't want to remake it. Then I drive away and sip it and realize it was the wrong flavor too. I also cant have nuts and I reached out on the app and all they offered me was points. Not even refund or remedy for the nut issue. This new dunkin is AWFUL. Only go if you want your order entirely incorrect in every...
