I waited in the drive thru for 13 minutes from time of placing my order until I left with my food. There was only one vehicle in line in front of me. The vehicle in front of me sat waiting for food so long that I turned my car off while I waited behind them. When I got to the window to pick up my food the girl at the window opened the window and commented on how good the cool breeze felt, then I waited for my food. As I was waiting with their window open I was treated to endless bickering between the staff. A long wait stuck behind a van I assume they had a big order, whatever. My order was pretty simple a #1 plain with cheese only, medium, with a coke and a #1 plain, no cheese, medium with a coke. How was that not an easy order? Apparently Burger, cheese, bun and burger, bun, both with fries and a drink is too complicated. Maybe that's why the staff were constantly bickering. Honestly, if someone were bickering at me constantly I might have trouble focusing on the job at hand also. Somebody or possibly everybody at this location needs retraining, or a different job altogether. Read moreOrdered custom food with 4 Whoppers ,8 wraps ,and 4 fries online with the app, paid for in advance gave the restaurant a half an hour, to get the food ready, when we got there, had to pull up to the drive-thru speaker scream my name through it,and of course food was not done,so we had to pull around and park out front,took them another 20 minutes to bring the food out.when i got it home I realized the food was all wrong,I mean 4 sloppy messes for Whoppers in torn wrappers and the wraps varied in size from correct to tiny and thin looked like they had half chicken nuggets inside ,i tried to call the restaurant and no answer. I called the next day and manager said oh well nothing he could do , because we ate the food and I was like yeah and what was I supposed to do drive back to the restaurant only to have you guys make me wait another hour to get the food correct,which I would have done if anyone would of answered the phone ,even though I had paid extra for all the customizations I had made to the food.he offered nothing and this is not my first bad experience with this location, I will not be back to waste any more...
Read moreI am a handicapped person. I can barely walk so I use the drive thru regularly. I've been going to this location for years now. All I asked for was French fries without salt. (That's how I like them) It was roughly 12:45 pm. Prime lunch hour right? You'd figure they could make an order of FF without salt and then salt the remaining after. It's not like they weren't going to get used up in a timely fashion. Now if you argue they are trying to keep the line moving that's utter BUNK! that drive thru is so slow most days they only take 1 order and fill while you wait for them to get back to you and take your order. Or you get stuck behind a mini van full of kids and that takes 15-20 minutes! If this is the new policy for all burger kings there is no more... have it your way at burger King.
