Long version - Had an issue with maps disappearing during navigation. I worked in IT for years, so I'm no stranger to this stuff. After hours of research, manuals, and updating settings from various IT pro consults, it still didn't work right. Next, I spent 3 hours on the phone with multiple Samsung techs trying to troubleshoot my Samsung update/Google maps issue. Samsung was unable to pinpoint the culprit setting and blamed google. I called uBreakiFix to schedule an appointment. Chance talked me through making a couple unique Samsung settings changes. Fixed in a couple minutes and saved me a 2 hour round-trip drive! Months later, another update broke maps again. I confirmed all settings from Chance's prior changes were still in place. I was nearby and stopped in the store to schedule an appointment. Even though the root cause was Google app-related this time, Zee fixed it on the spot in under 10 minutes!

Reading all the review it seems phone cracked screens are their specialty. I had the Asurion home protection plan, took my personal work laptop to be looked at to see if it could be repaired or reported to be replaced. The front end employee did a Visual scan but did not try to turn it on. Then was told it would take 2-5 or more business days. They had reported to asurion when asurion called that my laptop needed certain things after I took my laptop with me by just the visual scan of looking at the front, lifting to look at the keyboard and looking at the bottom. I saw that the owner stated in their description that all repairs are done in store and usually can take 1 hour, I was mainly looking for a diagnostic of my laptop to see if it could be repaired, I made a point to arrive not too long after they opened at 10am, and they couldn’t provide a diagnostic. If you have a personal non-work computer they maybe great to run a diagnostic and repair if you have the time to be without it, I ended up purchasing a new computer and canceled my home protection plan with asurion.

Update: call the the customer line that was provided by the owner below then option 3. The women had said cell phones when brought in become priority over anything else, and computers can take time. She also mentioned that it sounds like this location maybe short staffed. And there was nothing she could...

Don't take your phone to harrisburg pa store. Really big short guy won't even examine your phone. Even when samsung says it is covered he will say it's not he did it to 2 other people in front of me until they argued with him 1 walked out 1 had someone from the back look and guess what it was covered. I called samsung I was outside talking to a neighbor for over a hour it was freezing cold. I took my phone out of my hoodie and it had a line going down the middle of both screens. I have had the fold 3,4,5 and now 6 this was the first time i have ever had this happen. Samsung said if no damage it's still under warranty. Just take it to authorized repair shop. I did and proceeded to give you big little guy. Right away samsung won't cover it he said. I said why he said because there is a line going down the middle I said Duh!!!. He then said if we fix it they will not pay the store. I didn't get upset I called another store guy said bring it in to which I did. He looked at it called a second opinion and the both said yep this is covered no damage at all its a screen defect and proceeded to repair my phone.
