Stopped by this place for a bite of pizza not realizing that it's a all you can eat buffet style restaurant...was a welcome surprise to see their nice selection of pizzas to choose from and unlimited fountain drinks selection was very good, the pizzas were all fresh and tasty slices weren't to large which is a positive in my book so I can not fill myself on couple of slices and be able to try some of their exotic flavors like Oreo cookie! They also have a pretty decent selection of pastas and sauces and a nice salad buffet to boot! All this at an amazingly low price that simply cannot be beat! There's something for everyone! And they offer to make any additional choices on a large list to choose from made to order! Would 100% Recommend this restaurant to anyone!

For the price ($6.99 buffet + $1.99 drink for an adult) it's tough to complain about Infinito's. The pizza and the slices are on the smaller side (probably 8") and they don't go crazy with the toppings. The breadsticks and dessert are all quite good, but don't expect any real proteins here. The management and staff are very friendly and will come by to take plates and check up on you. The staff are energetic and will make fresh pizzas when one runs out. Honestly, for the price point of less than $10, I can't find any faults. The restaurant is even reasonably clean with nothing egregious standing out to me. If you're looming for a cheap carb based fill up, this is your place.

The food is always fresh as they are constantly putting more food out. They have a range of options from pasta to pizza (Including desert pizzas!) to salad. If they don't have the pizza you want out then you can ask one of the people behind the counter to make it for you and they will so there's something for everyone. The price is more than reasonable for the quality of the food plus it's all you can eat so there is no shortage of food. However if you're looking for a quiet place to dine it is not very suiting given that there are often families here with several younger kids. Other than that, a great place to hangout with the group and get some good pizza!

Will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE. Sincere family if 4 review. I would prefer to give this place a 2.5, not a 3. First thing, the cooks are the ones waiting on customers. No manager insight the entire time. I want to be fair as the only other pizza buffet I've gone to is Cici's Pizza.

The price of an adult meal and drink is about $15. Now that I went here, I could have bought better food elsewhere.

My children ages 15-20 years old said the pasta was not good. They tried both Marinara and Alfredo.

The salad bar, to be fair, was amazing. I have to say it was the best for me. It was fresh. They also had French dressing, which most restaurants have. Thus, a 2.5 star, when considering the entire menu.

The pizza dough is homemade. Unless u get it out of the oven, it's not worth it.

The idea they will make you a pizza IS FALSE 💯. THE COOKS DO NOT MAKE YOU YOUR OWN REQUESTED PIZZA. I was told when I ordered a cheese pizza, absolutely nothing.

The cook SERIOUSLY JUST PUT IT IN THE CHEESE PIZZA PLACE AND SAID CHEESE PIZZA. If anyone got it, we'll, my loss. It's not personally made for you. It's made and put on the pizza bar.

You can not make a special pizza. This was very upsetting, especially the money spent. Their competitors do allow you to make your own pizza and will deliver it to your table. They cost less too. Shame on Infinitos.

The cinammon rolls are also homemade, but DO NOT TASTE LIKE CINAMMON ROLLS. They were drenched in butter, I mean drenched.

The employee I asked about making my own pizza told me that if I want it special made, I can order one and pay for it to go.

Wow!

The cook either didn't understand English or was high. I kept asking him simple questions, and he was like in Twilight Zone.

The cook who was my cashier was ok but also some language barrier, in my opinion.

If the cost was cheap, I would understand the setup, but this place is HORRIBLY MANAGED AND THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND NO SENSE OF ANY ORGANIZATION.

LOL, I ordered 4 drinks and never got my cups. Had to keep asking for them.

To be fair, the salad bar and the homemade dough made it worth eating.

However, we WILL NEVER EVER EVER come back to Infinito's.

Prices are so high for a horrible experience.

I can get quality food from Texas Roadhouse or Naples Pizza down the street for the same price.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My family was not impressed at all.

This is not a kid friendly place. Nothing for kids to do. Super boring. Tables are either super high up or awkwardly centered in the middle of the room. NOT comfortable at all. Especially for kids.

Unless you have something to occupy your kids, they will be so bored. Not...

Reason and ONLY reason I'm putting it at a 3 star is due to them being understaffed. That being said, I have gone here for years, and whenever there is a major event (sports team, band kids, etc), they are in need of more staff. They can not keep up due to the adults not limiting the kids on slices at one time. The adults in charge of the kids need to keep an eye on them. I sat and watched as kid after kid DIDN'T use a clean plate and touch the food with their hands and even watched one kid put a piece back after putting it on a dirty plate. The kids running around and not looking where they are going is nuts. It IS NOT the staffs job to correct the children it is the adults that brought them there! To the staff there on Saturday, January 11, 2025, you did an amazing job trying to keep up! Now to the manager and owner, put out ads for weekend help, please. You will end up losing your good staff because days like that, they will debate on quitting. As someone who is serv safe certified and went to school for hospitality, please manage these days or even hours better. There are good teens out there, older people, and disabled people who can clean the tables, help clean counters, run the register, etc. Just hire for the busy times. I asked for a rag to clean a table so I could have a place to sit. The 2 people I asked took a minute because of how busy they were. Also, if you were to set up a bin system some of the adults can sort what the parties use. I would also have a sign to state new plate each time. Again your staff did AMAZING for how busy it was. You as management need to do something different because you as well as I know kids running is a liability and the cross contamination is a huge issue. Side note please level your tables the elderly lady I brought almost fell due to the wobble. Also yes I would help you out if I could but I drove over an hour to take my nephew out for pizza. Keep striving to do great work and make sure you know the people working were getting burnt out. Don't lose good people due to...

This place has completely went down hill. Went from being my favorite place to go and being a loyal customer to I WILL NOT RETURN ever again. Management has completely loss their mind just like the young kids they have working there. This new manager Yolanda is just as bad as her employees.

It is a Friday night and there were little to know pizzas. My family and I decided to just sit and eat. She took our requests and they were made. I only had not even 4 slices of pizza because before we knew it a big family came and the pizzas were gone. All the employees including the manager 5 in total were gone no where to be found. She the manager comes back 10 minutes later to pizzas that they put in the oven overlapping. She begins to cut and put them out, one of the employees come out from the back as she asks him to wash his hands and help. He turns around in her face and gets on the phone. She see him and did nothing. Mean while I’m here just watching and waiting for the pizza I wanted to come out. She starts making pizza and the employee starts to cut, but like a sloth. Like seriously for almost $60 bucks I could of went to an actual restaurant.

She later starts the clean and with the same gloves she takes over and starts to cut the pizza. WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Was cross contamination left out of the orientation? She touched the trash and wiped down counters and then goes and handles food. I’ve witnessed another separate occasion an employee put food in his mouth with the same gloves he was cutting the food with. I made a U-TURN out the door that day.

I honestly have to give this place a chance after chance, and all I doing is coming here hungry and leaving hungry and disappointed. I refuse to return. This place needs to do better. Seeing my potential food being handled the way that food was handled was enough...
