Big Sam's Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

I ordered my food. I ordered a steak quesadilla which comes with American cheese. I drive 20 minutes to pick up my food I get home. I go try to eat my food. It is a steak quesadilla with whiz and Pepperoni on it I called and yound kid answers the phone and telling me that’s my fault that it has pepperoni on it and cheese whiz. I ordered it incorrectly. I said no I ordered a steak quesadilla which it says right on the menu American cheese. I told him I can’t eat the food. I’m allergic to pork. He says well he doesn’t know what he can do for it unless I bring it back. I’m not driving 30 minutes back up there to pick up food. He said there’s nothing they can do and then he started getting an attitude saying it was my fault. This is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been ordering and eating the same thing for over five years when I order the food there so how is it all of a sudden I’m ordering it incorrectly. I stated I wanted a refund we don’t do refunds he said and all he could do is make me a new one, but I would have to drive there and pick it up. I said don’t you deliver it? No, we’re not delivering right now so when I used to speak with a parent or a manager, no person in the business should be telling the customer that they ordered incorrectly, especially when I know for a fact I didn’t because I ordered the same thing every time I go there Management needs to have someone there and not having young teens working if someone please reach out to me thank you. Done ordering food from this place. Two months ago, I got chicken nuggets, clams casino, and mussels with lemon butter. I was originally told the food would arrive in about 45 mins, but it came in 25 mins instead, which I didn't mind. The chicken nuggets honestly were the best, and only good thing out of the three, and even those nuggets were dried out.

The clams casino tasted more like stuffed clams I could've gotten at the store. The lemon butter mussels didn't have any lemon butter on them...AT ALL! They tasted like they were just steamed in water and packed up for delivery. The total came to 19 bucks and change, and I gave the delivery guy 23 total before I opened everything. It just wasn't worth it.

Tonight, I got flounder in a lemon butter sauce with angel hair pasta. The pasta came out soggy, and the sauce just looks and tastes like butter-flavored water. Our family ordered frequently from this establishment. Recently orders have been coming incorrect more and more frequently. To top it off we placed an ordered waited two hours to find out they closed due to weather but no one decided to call and tell us, but were more then willing to charge my credit card. When I called today I spoke to multiple people who I did not even get an apology for what happened it was not until after I was told to do "whatever I want" he said please forgive us for what just happened I asked who he was and he explained he was the manager and owner. On top of it all to get my refund for the food that was never received or call made to cancel I had to call another provider. I am astonished with the terrible customer service I received today. Oh and when I mentioned that we will not be ordering from their establishment again he also said well if you want I will give you 20% off your next order, really like I would order from you again after the way I was treated.
