Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Swatara Township

Ordered two frozen drinks and a few sandwiches while waiting for my flight. I was about to order a jelly donut to go along with it but the grumpy sales clerk quickly blurted out my total and walked away.

The machine to make the frozen drinks broke, which is understandable, but instead of acting reasonably the employee kept mumbling under his breath and throwing stuff around. Then, he flipped out on the 5 people waiting behind us and told them he wasn’t “taking any more orders” because he had to “figure out [how to fix] the machine”... instead of just telling customers that he wasn’t going to be able to make anymore FROZEN drinks.

He then shorted us 2 donuts but I was AFRAID to ask for them, since he kept angrily saying he was “ready to walk out” and seemed like he was going to break at any second. My sister and I said absolutely nothing, we just stood and watched like all of the other customers, so there was no reason for him to act that bad.

Our food and both drinks turned out good, like usual for Dunkin’ Donuts products, but his attitude was the worst I’ve ever experienced in food service. I’m a barista back home and no matter what pressure I find myself under, I would never flip out and act so irrationally in front of the customers. What an...

Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight. I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!! I hope they do read...

Shame on Dunkin’ for letting one of their stores become the worst one in the country. This place started with no one coming to the counter. Then a worker was walking past us behind the counter and did not look up or greet us. They just walked by. I called out and asked for help. They still did not turn to look at us, mumbled something while walking quickly by us. All while wearing their Apple AirPods. Then another person came, no greeting, no smile. They both seemed sad and poorly trained. Plus, the donuts were terrible. I get Dunkin Donuts in Atlanta Georgia and they’re pretty good. Here, it seems like different ingredients and standards. The donuts tasted old dry and awful. Definitely makes me look at their brand with caution. Too many alternatives in...
