Burger King — Restaurant in Lower Yoder Township

Normally we have pretty decent experience at this burger king. We usually come to let my kid play in the play area, get fries, whatever. Its "fast food" so you expect just that. Today we go in my boyfriend and daughter go straight to the play area. I order almost immediatly. 2 breakfast sandwiches and an order of cheesey tots, and an ice water. Simple enough. I got my water and waited. And waited...and waited. I started to become frusterated when people were ordering and I was watching the workers take parts of my order off my tray and give them to the drive thru and other customers. Im 6 1/2 months pregnant and it was pretty hot. I got tired of waiting. I went and asked my boyfriend to wait in my place. He came back and said they'll bring it out. Fine. After 13 minutes (accordingng to the slip) they bring 2 sandwiches. We start eating them. Still no cheesey tots. I ask my boyfriend to go cancel the order and just get the cash. He goes out and comes back a minute later with cheesy tots. 17 minutes after ordering them. I could have ordered a pizza. Also, music was blasting so loud in the kids area I literally got head ache. Just why? Yeah awful experience. My kid had fun though. Idk maybe dont go to burger king on...

We stopped here for a quick supper and service was less than acceptable. The cashier took our order fairly quickly, but the wait for food was too long. We got a to go order and no napkins were put in the bag. Now about the cleanliness. We happened to see the bucket they fill the ice bins from the ice maker for drinks, it was supposed to be a light blue color but you could see the dirty spots on it. Also the self serve drink station was a mess. The little trash bin was stuffed full, ketchup was spilled, the counter looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while. The AC wasn't working so it was really hot, they had a fan sitting on the counter to keep the workers cool. Overall very turned off by the mess. The restaurant only had 4 people in it when we were in so no reason...

I haven't been to a BK this friendly ever! We ordered in the drive through. The lady said "pull up to the first window" after we placed the order and that shed "be right there". We pull up and she's friendly and professional, read our order back and then we paid. She told us to head to the second window. I pulled up, same lady! I probably looked shocked bc she laughed. This lady was running the whole area: she was quick and remained friendly. We got home and our sandwiches were hot and perfectly made. We both got chicken sandwiches and both of us commented how they were perfectly cooked and still juicy. My onion rings were perfect and the fries were really good too! Great job, BK..
