QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

Lately feels like some of the employees dont really care... recent example was ordered a Quesadilla which comes with a little sour cream. Its never enough and since the online ordering doesn't seem to allow for notes or additions, my GF called in the ask if she could get an extra side of sour cream. Employee said yea sure no problem. When the order was picked up, there was no extra sour cream... went back in, asked for one, got it, went home... good thing I got the extra because upon arriving home realized they also didnt even put the one in the meal that was supposed to be there... Overall food is good, chips and salsa a great... but portion can be lacking on tacos and staff sometimes seams like they...

I was in line for food… they literally fulfilled 12 online orders before me .. online orders should not come before the ACTUAL people in your store … 25 min waiting staring at the worker behind the glass .. probably not coming back. Meanwhile 15 people behind me. * UPDATE I gave it another shot since I miss my Cafe Rio so much and this is the closest thing .. this time I ordered from my car and walked in and waited. They actually helped people in line this time, not sure if they changed the process, but my online order was done pretty close to the estimated time. The actual food is really good. I so wish I took the time to gather names, but today I visited QDOBA for my first time and what a experience! The lady taken our orders was also training a new lady at the register. The lady training and serving manners were phenomenal! Our orders were right, she was just so kind and positive all around, helping out the new girl, teaching her and sounding so confident in her, pharsing her as she was ringing up the register. It was just so WONDERFUL to see in this trying time in the world. The food you wondering? DELICIOUS!! And packed so neatly in containers for carry out. You definitely get your moneys worth here for food AND customer service. Keep up the AMAZING...
