On Mother's Day, my parents and I had dinner at Ichiban Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi. For drinks, my parents shared a Mango Hot Sake while I had a Hot Japanese Green Tea.
We shared a Futomaki, Hamachi Roll, Unagi Roll, Sashimi Dinner, and Gyudon Beef.
The Futomaki consisted of kani, tamago, and assorted vegetables (including cucumber, avocado, pickled radish, and kanpyo and sliced into six pieces. The Hamachi Roll consisted of yellowtail and scallion. The Unagi Roll consisted of eel and cucumber. All three rolls were served on one plate with pickled ginger and wasabi.
The Sashimi Dinner consisted of 20 pieces of fresh fish (including salmon, tuna, white fish, yellowtail, and red snapper). It was beautifully plated and served with a bowl of sushi rice.

I was addressed by a waiter - Holly ? (Might have forgotten her name) and started with my order. Loved with Gyoza, followed by Honey-sushi. This was good. I should have stopped here but I went ahead and ordered Fried Udon with pork. Then I was full till my larynx. These were all the waiter's recommendations and I loved it. Next time, I will stop at the Sushi. Will visit Again. Review Stars are updated.

I am NEVER...
