Not impressed with this BWW location at all! I've been there a few times now, and the last two times were not good. I've had minimal problems with the staff, but rather problem with the menus items. Two times ago my boyfriend and I were ordering, and the server waited till after we ordered to tell us we couldn't get the things we wanted off the menu because their oven was broken. Well, with the oven being broken, it turns out that you couldn't order about 1/3 of the things on the menu, which would've been extremely nice to know upfront because we would've just left and went to eat somewhere else! My most recent experience was fairly similar. I ordered, only to have the manager come out and tell me they they were all out of what I ordered (buffalo mac and cheese) and that they were also out of traditional wings and that my boyfriend got the very last order. I told him I was unable to get buffalo mac and cheese the last time I was there as well due to their oven being broken. After hearing this, he offered for me to choose a different entree on the house. Well, the thing is, honestly buffalo mac and cheese was the only thing I really wanted after not being able to get it last time, however, I had to order something else because there was really no other option. I would also like to say how does Buffalo Wild WINGS run out of wings?! I just don't understand. Apparently whoever does the ordering doesn't know what they're doing. Another customer sitting near us must've had a similar problem because I heard the manager also apologize and offer him something on the house as well. Just a big disappointment overall, and I never had that problem with the East York or West York BBW when I lived in York. My boyfriend and I have one gift card left for BBW, and after that we will not be returning to this location. If there is a problem like your oven being broken, please by all means put a sign on the door and don't waste peoples' time. There's no reason we couldn't have have been told that as soon as we walked in. Read moreI do not like leaving bad reviews but my experience here was not good at all!!!!!!!!!! When a girlfriend and I walked in the girl up front wouldn’t even look at us and said “how many” with an attitude. I said 2 please. She told us to go sit wherever we wanted. We sat against the wall with the windows. We never got menus or anything until I personally got them myself. Then no one took our order for almost a half hour! Finally a young woman came and asked what we wanted for our drinks. I ordered a sweet tea and my friend ordered a draft beer. Twenty (20) minutes later we got our drinks and they were warm. Then we placed our order. We both ordered the chicken tender meal with crispy chicken. We waited forty five (45) minutes and STILL haven’t received our food. Our waitress came over and said they made grilled chicken tenders instead of the crispy ones and stated they’d be done in about five (5) minutes. Twenty (20) more minuets go by and we still didn’t have our food! As I noticed our waitress walking by I asked how much longer. She went back and she brought out our food. The fries on both trays were ice cold along with our tenders. Then when we ate our tenders we noticed that all the cook did was take the grilled tenders (the ones they made wrong the first time) and just put batter on those and then fried them. So the batter just fell right off the meat and they didn’t taste good at all! So needless to say unfortunately we DIDN’T enjoy our meals. Read moreHostess & manager was very disrespectful & unprofessional with family & friends of 5+ on Saturday, February 12, 2022…We have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for the past couple of years to watch Saturday UFC, bringing friends & family to join us & was always told if we were sitting in the bar area, to help ourselves to any available tables…The hostess that night called her manager complaining that we were rude to her & our waitress…The manager then approached us at our table in the bar area & proceeded to embarrass us in front of other customers by telling us that even though we are regular customers that we need to leave the restaurant or place our name on the waiting list, because there were 15-17 people ahead of us, but we saw no customers in the waiting area & plenty of empty tables…As we were heading out the door, the hostess continued to lie to the manager about the situation & continued disrespecting us (your customers) while the manager stood there not attempting to step in & control his own employee for taking business away from BWW…We will no longer be taking our business there & will be letting all our friends & family know of the lack of customer service we received there that night.…we have always treated your business & employees with respect all these years even when we have received poor services & have always given the benefit of the doubt to each visit, but never have we received such unprofessional, disrespectful service as we did...
