I went there this evening to get some donuts for the family. I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes, one other person was being helped. Nobody said someone will be right with you, nobody said we will be there shortly, nobody spoke a single word to me. As I stood there waiting, and waiting, and waiting I was starting to get extremely frustrated. Eventually I walked out, and after being a very loyal customer since they've been open because they are within a block of my house, I will never be back to this establishment again. I will go to Walmart and get donuts before I go here again. John worked with me to the nth degree to ensure my order was correct for my granddaughter's fourth birthday.
