The Honeycomb Pie Shoppe #2 — Restaurant in Lubbock

I suggested this place to my mother and grandmother because I had gotten pies from here before. And they love it, However their experience was anything but positive and changed for the worst. Customer service was awful. The lady completely ignore them until my mother had to say something. And then she was rude to them they whole time. And when they finally got their pies (the smallest slices I’ve ever seen) and it was thrown at them like they were animals. My grandmother cried because she feel so violated. Beyond their delicious pies and other great food, I am impressed by how truly hospitable their staff is. My husband & I love to stop by here for a snack & we are always greeted with such kindness. I also love the bee diner aesthetic of the restaurant. I recommend everything, but especially the millionaire pie 😍🐝

Update: My boss wanted a butterscotch pie for his birthday, something that his mom used to make for him. So I came here to get one special ordered for him. The owner had it done within a day. Honeycomb Pie Shoppe #2 personally delivered an apple pie for my granddaughter. I searched high & low on food delivery sites for a whole pie, but couldn't find anything. Luckily, I found Honeycomb.
