Subway — Restaurant in Lubbock

Ke'Andra Washington was AMAZING and was basically running the shop by herself even though there was a store manager named Jeremy who was just standing around, on his phone, watching traffic and doing NOTHING to help her, even when it was super busy at one point. She also asked him for help getting a trash bag at one point and he wouldn't even do that to help out. Ke'Andra, on the other hand, was fantastic, quick, personable, polite, friendly, and kept checking in on us! Thank you, Ke'Andra! I would definitely return to this subway if she was working here and would love to see her advance in her career here. She seemed incredibly passionate and just super friendly and patient while dealing with a busy shop without the help of her manager, Jeremy, who could have easily helped her out but chose to do nothing and stand around instead. Seriously, if you come to this Subway, definitely request Ke'Andra to make your subs/food!!! She did...

The sky was absent it's glorious yellow star when I graced this particular store this fateful spring day. While exchanging greetings with the pleasant, lone employee and the chronic tension in my bladder exacerbating to the thought of finally having access to a restroom I rushed into the Men's room and let out a sigh. Upon relieving myself in the clean restroom I studied the yellow, white and brilliant green menu hanging on the kitchen wall decorated with Subway's signature colors wondering what would satiate my hunger within my budget. After patiently waiting for the preceding customer to complete his order, the employee attended to me and very carefully created the sandwich I ordered.

I was taken aback by the politeness the employee rendered to a customer walking in 15 minutes before closing (me) and commend him for a job well done. Wonderful customer service and that man...

Good food as usual. Worker washed hands as he should but walked off without saying a word leaving me at the countet for 5 min.i figured he had gone to the bathroom so i waited paitently. Then he makes multiple trips with pans to the bread oven so he was back there prepping the bread i assume. Watching him do this for another 5 min without a word spoken to me. No, give me a sec or ill be right with you. Once he finally makes it to me he sighs deeply and says, what do you want? I'm out of, then lists half the food menu. Im okay with whatever he was out of but his attitude wasnt the best and his customer interactions were rude. While i was getting my sandwich made door dash came in and he told the man he hadn't started it yet because of them then motioned to me and the 2 tables inside...
