Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lubbock

First visit to this location. Had high hopes but unfortunately it was an awful experience. Ordered a couple chicken strip meals with a coke zero for one of the drinks. The person taking the order kept getting the drink wrong, he was standing outside my window but kept trying to confirm my order with a cherry coke. I had to tell him 3 times for him to finally get it. Finally pull up to the window and they have me pull to the side, wait there 8-10 mins and see 4 -5 cars go by. After realizing they just completely forgot about me I I honk the horn 3 times and 15 seconds later someone comes running out with 2 bags. I was so ready to get out of there. Come to find out when I got home they forgot one of the fries. This place is not a competent business. From the start to the end of the transaction this was an awful experience. Raisin canes is so much quicker, you NEVER are told to pull forward and as many times as I have been there they have never forgotten something from my order. I then had the unfortunate experience of having to eat the food. If you like tiny bits of chicken with tons of fried breading then maybe this place is for you. Not to mention the 4 count chicken strips looks like a kids meal. Need to get their act together or find different management that takes the job seriously or...

Food was amazing as usual. I have to say this is the first time an employee was anything but polite at a Chick-fil-A. Luckily, the employees inside were nicer about my mistake than the employee taking the order. I forgot to mention that I had two separate orders and after giving my order, I paid and the employee started walking away. I said , “oh my passenger has an order too.” Then the employee spoke into their headset with a tone that wasn’t pleasant, “She forgot to mention to me before the order that there’s another order with this one” I was like okay…then my passenger ordered and paid and the employee’s demeanor remained cold. I didn’t understand why me forgetting to mention it was separate orders was such a huge deal but apparently it was. I remained friendly and drove up. My passenger even confirmed that it seemed the employee was trying to shame us for this mistake. It’s obviously not a huge deal, but strange nonetheless. Especially when this company’s brand basically is polite...

08/23/23 I could not believe the atrocity and admosity of supposedly Christian staff. One of the call the cops on elderly female homeless person I couldn't believe it especially with times being so hard on people it was just absolutely mind-bending I will not be giving them any further business considering they don't know how to mind their own business. I mean they weren't bugging anybody they weren't asking for money or soliciting towards people I found that to be absolutely atrocious Behavior because I gave them business for the homeless woman outside away from the restaurant which is really none of their business and they shouldn't be worrying about people outside especially when I support their business by giving it to some homeless person. If you support kindness for Humanity then you should also support my reason to not support this business.
