I never write reviews but this one was a new low even for me. I placed an online order for two hibachi chicken & steak entrees with a kids meal. When I went in the lady at the front desk was really rude. She grabbed my card and then got mad when I asked for a kids drink. (That comes with the kids meal). I thought okay maybe she was having a bad day? I got home and noticed both my hibachi plates were missing the steak. Normally, I don't ever call when a place messes up my order but I looked online and it's almost a $3 more charge for each plate so I decided to call and let them know. Here comes the good part! As soon as the lady answers, she transfers me to the assistant manager and I told her the situation. She automatically gives me attitude and says to bring the entrees. I told her I couldn't do that since we already started eating and didn't want to drive across town again. She said there was nothing she could do and people get their orders wrong all the time and have to deal with it. I asked for some sort of credit in the future and she stated no. I then asked for her manager and she said she wasn't there. So I said okay what is her name and she said she didn't know. I'm sorry, but that doesn't make sense? So I asked her for her name and she said she couldn't give that out and then hung up on me. I have never had anyone be so rude and could care less. I really hope the manager will train their staff to do better. It's so sad because we are regular customers and come at least 2-3 times a month but not anymore.
EDIT: by reading all the reviews - I see I am not the only one that has encountered this. Thank goodness I am not the only one and they can fix this or get shut down! Customer service...

I calla Togo order in 25 minutes before closing and was informed the kitchen was about to closed and they hung up on me. My wife really wanted Chinese so I persisted. The young lady who answered rudely eventually took my order on the 2nd try. At the close of the call she rattled it off back to me, got it wrong, then hung up before I could object. I called back. She picked up and hung up. I called back again. She answered. Quickly I said please listen and corrected the order. She argued with me and told me I didnāt say that. I stipulated that I may have misspoke and corrected it again. It was two entrees. I clarified the number of plates as she hung up on me again. At this point I was close to being there so I didnāt call back. Walking in a was treated to an older womanās back for about a minute while she did something to ignore me. She finally turned, took my number, sold me my food and gave it to me. It was very expensive, but the food was delicious packaged and I did not investigate. With my food in hand I asked what the name of the young lady who took my order was as she was rude. Older lady said āWe donāt give names here.ā I said, āDo you not care how rude she was? I have not been treated this badly by anyone in months! I will be back tomorrow to tell the manager about my experience.ā She said Iād be talking to her since she was the asst manager. I left. We got there, decided what we wanted, and waited. We waited 5 minutes before someone finally came to the register. Mind you, there were three employees standing at the register talking and putting to go bags together. When I told the girl what I wanted, Krab sticks with noodles instead of rice, she rudely informed me that the upon noodles that I ordered was not able to be substituted. However, we have been here before and never have I been told this. So, I told her that we always order it this way and she again, was rude telling me that upon noodles weren't able to be substituted. Then when my husband spoke up, she walked away and told someone else to help us. The guy came to the register and again I told him my order. He punched it in and she looked over his shoulder and rudely "See, it's not upon noodles".
I understand what she was saying, however there was no reason for her attitude. Needless to say, we left. Being rude to your customers makes for bad business. We were not being difficult, nor were we rude. Her rudeness was uncalled for and simply unprofessional. Great food, bad service. Had she not been rude.
