First time eating here and I have to say I am disappointed with myself, this was awesome food, awesome employees, and an even more awesome manage (Jacob, I believe). We explained to Jacob it was out first time and he made us feel like we had just arrived for a family dinner. He explained how they do their thing and what they had to offer. It was a pretty surreal moment when you step back and realize this is a fast food joint. And the fries, man it was like we made it at home. I have been here several times and am disappointed in this location. Twice I have gotten a bun less burger and they mess it up. Everytime they’re out of lettuce wraps and never can seem to put the toppings on. I placed an order online and they didn’t put any onions or any of the condiments I asked for. I normally would get over it but the fact that this has happened twice is ridiculous. How do you forget ketchup and mayo? We then called and they sat there said sorry and were silent.
