I picked up my order through the drive thru and headed home, I had to drive 20 minutes total to and from this location, there was an entire hair in my burger, as I ate through it I wasn't even half way done and I pulled out the hair out of my mouth, I called the restaurant and was introduced by a lady named Debra, she never stated that she was the manager, I asked if there was a manager I could speak with and she reintroduce her self without saying she was the manager, finally after the third time of me asking if there was a manager I could speak with she said she was the manager, I told her of my situation and she said that there was nothing on the burger and she knew because she was the one that made it, I told her that I had to pull it out of my mouth and I have it right here with the wrapping paper, and she still denied the claim, only to tell me the resolutions, she said I could either bring my receipt in and she could make me another burger or I could get on the app and ask for a refund, I felt disrespected because she acted like she knew for a fact that there was no hair in my burger, it's not like she was there to see me pulling it out of my mouth with the meat and bread still intact with it and I held it by the hair and took a photo and spit the rest of my food out, and I didn't want any sort of retaliation just because I could of headed back to get a new burger with some possible spit in it, and besides that, the drive is too long, it was a complete waste of my time, money, gas, and mileage for a damn burger with a long hair in it, im not returning there anymore that's for sure, and besides that, I know that the company would only refund me and not reimburse me for the entire problem, that's time and usage of my car I could of used somewhere alse.
Update on June 13, 2024 As you can see on the second picture I uploaded, I reported this issue to the company through their contact us email, this was on June 5th, they claim to say that I will be contacted in 3 to 5 business days, and it's long past that now, this company is beginning to show its true colors, very shady if you ask me, I didn't want to do it but I guess I'll have to file through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) just to...
Read moreHorrible management, I waited behind someone in drive up for 15 minutes just for them to take their order then I pull up and then they ask me to wait a minute. I wait but 10 minutes go by and the line behind me has grown to like 7 cars. In front of me there was no one. I decided to leave after wasting almost half an hour of my life. So I called up to ask what was going on the "manager" said they are super busy and that they are short staffed. I understand busy and short staffed but incompetence is another thing. I explained that I was in the drive up and she said that they were busy inside too. I said there are like 7 cars behind me and BTW I looked at the parking lot there were like 4 cars so she was just giving excuses. I said wouldn't it make sense to take the orders and that way yall can make them instead of waiting. Again she said they are busy. When I pulled around only 2 cars were at the window. Like if that's how they "manage" they need to reevaluate. BTW drive up takes precedence over dining in people using the window are in a rush as opposed to pe can take the time to sit down. Read moreWe came in at 7:02, July 10th. Much to our surprise, there was no drive thru line or anyone at all in the lobby. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes to get it to us with zero people ahead of us waiting. The staff was constantly on their cellphones and I got up about 25 mins in to check on our order. The girl at the counter had attitude and went back and “checked on our order”. When we finally got our food, the onion rings were burned and looked damn near chocolate colored, which means they either overcooked them intentionally or they haven’t changed the oil in a week or more. The green chili burger I ordered didn’t taste right. Both me and my wife got sick about 4 hours after eating there and are still sick today. It sure seems like they gave us bad food intentionally.
