Review:
Chili's is a popular casual dining restaurant known for its American-inspired dishes and lively atmosphere. Here's my review of Chili's:
Varied Menu Selection: ★★★★☆ Chili's offers a diverse menu with a range of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and Tex-Mex dishes. There are options for meat lovers, vegetarians, and those with specific dietary preferences. The menu includes classic favorites like baby back ribs, fajitas, and their famous southwestern-inspired dishes. Flavorful and Satisfying Dishes: ★★★☆☆ The food at Chili's generally delivers on taste and satisfies cravings for hearty American cuisine. The flavors are enjoyable, and the portion sizes are typically generous, ensuring you'll leave feeling full. While some dishes may lack the finesse of more upscale restaurants, Chili's focuses on delivering comforting and familiar flavors. Casual and Vibrant Atmosphere: ★★★☆☆ Chili's creates a relaxed and energetic atmosphere, making it a popular choice for casual gatherings with friends or family. The restaurant often features lively music and sports events on screens, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the noise level can be quite high during busy hours, impacting conversation. Efficient Service: ★★★☆☆ The service at Chili's is generally efficient, with staff members attentive to customer needs. However, during peak hours, the wait times for a table and food delivery may be longer. It's advisable to plan accordingly or make reservations to ensure a smoother dining experience. Value for Money: ★★★☆☆ Chili's pricing is in line with other casual dining establishments. While the food is reasonably priced, some customers may find certain dishes slightly overpriced for the portion sizes and quality. Daily specials and promotions are offered, providing opportunities for better value. Consistency: ★★☆☆☆ One aspect where Chili's falls short is consistency. Across different locations, the quality and execution of dishes may vary. Some customers have reported inconsistent experiences with food preparation, taste, and service, making it a bit unpredictable in terms of overall satisfaction. In conclusion, Chili's offers a casual dining experience with a varied menu and satisfying flavors. While it may not offer gourmet cuisine, it provides a comfortable and lively setting to enjoy classic American dishes. However, consistency and occasional pricing concerns should be taken into account when dining at Chili's.

Read moreCame in on a Tuesday night around 8:30pm. It wasnt busy at all. The two of us chose a table in the bar area. There was two other tables occupied with families who all looked annoyed and i soon found out why. Service was terrible. We werent acknowledged at all, even though numerous servers were passing by our table. Not a single "hello" or anything. As we waited we kept looking around and no one was getting service, but there were 4 employees standing right by the register at the bar just talking. It took exactly 27min before someone came to take our order. I timed it by the text message i sent when we first sat down. So we order, i ordered a beer and water, and my friend got a margarita. And since we didn't want to wait any longer, we decided to order our food as well. About 5min pass by and they bring out our waters, another few minutes and they bring my salad, but didnt bring out my friends. But there was no silverware given or any on the table. So im looking around again trying to get someones attention. Then finally i ask one of them as they are passing by "can i please get some silverware"? she says "yes, ill be right back". Nothing ever came. Another 10min pass by and they bring out my friends salad, but still no silverware. So i ask again, "can we please get some silverware"? this person actually apologized and brought them immediately. As we are about to be done with our salads, is when they finally brought out our beer and margarita. A few minutes later they bring out our food. As we are eating, i notice that we dont have any napkins. So im looking around again and there are the same 4 workers standing at the same spot talking. So i ask, "can we get some napkins please" one looks over and says "sure" as she continues with her conversation. So since she didnt budge, i walked over to the bar and helped myself to the stack they had on the counter. Even with our frustrations i chalked it up as a bad night. What made me leave this review is due to the extra $3 charge i got for touching the little electronic thing on the table. I was trying to place my order on that when we initially werent getting service, but doing so, i was charged a "game device" fee. $3 is nothing, but the nerve to even charge that with the horrible service we got was just ridiculous. I haven't been to chili's in years & this experience pretty much solidified why i will never return. Oh.. and the bottle of ketchup was empty, i didn't even bother trying to get their attention. I just grabbed one off...
Read moreThe problem is they have food on their ceiling that even when you inform them that it's there, they did nothing to clean it. And it looks like it has been there for me quite a few weeks. It's dried on then they seem to not care. They're, I'm not a happy group of people. And then the staff lets you just sit there forever. It was quite disappointing since I had been this location years ago and it was way better than it is now, right? It doesn't seem that they have a sense of urgency and or a sense of making it a fun thing, nice dinning experience. The food was good. Not great, but good. But that was about the extent of the positive of the event that I had with that location. I called to speak to the manager to inform them about this. And the food that's on the ceiling since there, the employee who was a host that I informed did nothing about it.Did not tell anyone they didn't let it sit there so that's got to be a health hazard. They gave me the number of the district manager who doesn't answer, and then I called their corporate number, who says, Hey, leave a your information on our website. Everything seems to point to they really don't care. So my ratings here are based on my visit from current, as opposed to the way the restaurant used to be years ago. If you go there, the food is good, the service is horrible. And they really don't seem to care about making it a fun, enjoyable thing dinner out. And the company, it tells you to go to websites. If you have a problem with the serious that you had. This could be a corporate culture that has shifted since the last time. I have gone to chile's at this location, which has been a few years. Overall, there are better options with better customer service and better experiences in Texas. Then this particular establishment, and this is a particular location. Can it get better? I'm sure it can, but they need leaders. We're going to take it seriously and not let it get to this point before they possibly do something. But when I did call and talk to the manager at the location, she was very nice, but yeah, it seemed like lots of words, because all of the things that she gave me to do people, they didn't answer or the company said, leave. You're yeah comments on...
