We stopped in and were blown away. The octopus and shrimp tacos were seriously next level — perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The oysters were fresh and chilled just right, and the tequila cocktail hit that perfect balance: smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet.

The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the service was spot-on — friendly, fast, and helpful without rushing us. Prices were fair for the quality, and you can tell they really care about what they’re serving.

Dropped in for a late lunch on a weekday. It was pretty dead, but it shouldn’t be. The ceviche is 5-star restaurant quality, and the portion was huge. Tacos were pretty run-of-the-mill for Lubbock, and again a huge portion. You could go just for the chips and salsa. The salsa is awesome. But, if you want fresh seafood, this is the only place I know of that you can get it, and it’s top notch quality. The other choices are fried or $75 sea bass at Las Brisas with $25 broccolini.
