Crumbl — Restaurant in Lubbock

Update: it seems as though the manager will respond here and tell me to email him but doesn’t actually respond to the email I sent him on Saturday night.

This is the second time we walk into this location and are completely ignore by more than 6 employees (there were 10 today). The first time this happened two employees looked straight at us and then continued their conversations laughing amongst themselves. They also gave us cookies that had been sitting “in the warmer” (they were room temperature) for quite a while. One of the kids let us know they hadn’t made any fresh cookies “in a good while.” We’ve been going to the Milwaukee location for years (since 2020) and the service has never been this bad. I don’t know if it’s because a bunch of kids are working there or the time of day (honestly that doesn’t matter. Greet customers when they walk in. Do not literally ignore them.) I put my order in for one cookie at 9:40 a.m. for curbside pickup. The workers wouldn’t bring the order out to me due to me being parked in a spot that wasn’t their curbside.

The store was not busy and had just opened. I had NO idea they would’ve just left me there and not brought it out due to me not being parked in the “correct” spot. I called and was told to move one spot over due to theft. My vehicle description is in the order.

They could’ve brought it out to me and told me next time to be sure I park specifically in one of their TWO spots. I would’ve completely understood!! However, they would’ve left me parked out there waiting not knowing that they wouldn’t bring it out unless I moved. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!!

This location is by far the worst customer service we have had. We ordered a cookie on the app to pick up curbside. When we got to the store we were informed that they were out of that cookie (why there was no attempt to contact us before we got there or block us from being able to order that cookie from that location I do not know). When we asked for a refund they told us we had to go inside. My husband pointed out that we had ordered curbside so that we didn't have to take our toddler out of the car and asked if they could bring us our refund the employee responded "We'll figure it out inside", he clearly missed the point.
