The Plaza is a hidden gem that every foodie should experience! I recently dined there and had the amazing jalapeño cream brisket enchiladas, and they were nothing short of extraordinary.

Food: The jalapeño cream brisket enchiladas stole the show. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, wrapped perfectly in soft tortillas and smothered in a rich, creamy jalapeño sauce that added just the right kick. Each bite was a perfect balance of spice and creaminess, and the dish was garnished beautifully. It’s easily one of the best enchiladas I’ve ever had!

I attended this restaurant for the first time with a large group of family. While I understand messing up with a big group like that, I can’t quite wrap my head around how my order could be so wrong. The service was also unfortunately extremely slow. So, I ordered a Burrito Loco which comes with beans, rice, cheese, and veggies as a side. The burrito also contains Tomatoes and other vegetables on the inside. There was a choice between steak and brisket as the meat, and I went with brisket. Another person at my table ordered the same thing, but with steak. About 30 minutes later, he received his with everything correct, along with everyone else’s food. ANOTHER 30 minutes later, I finally get mine. Instead of the loco burrito, i receive a giant burrito on a plate alone, drenched with cheese. When i cut into it, it immediately fell apart because of the juice in the brisket. It was unfortunately disgusting and soggy and I could barely take 2 bites. I know restaurants and people mess up, but usually it is corrected. When I informed the waiter that this order was incorrect, he said “mmm so yummy!” and never returned after that. From the moment we sat down, Sarah was prompt like a Karen on a Sunday morning after church. Her kindness could cure road rage, and her helpfulness had us wondering if she had a second job reading to local kindergarteners. Navigating the menu with Sarah felt less like ordering food and more like unlocking hidden treasure. “Trust me,” she said with a smile—and we did. And she delivered. Big time.
