Summer Moon Coffee — Restaurant in Lubbock

Went to Summer Moon Sunday to get my coffee and the cashier at Drive-through window stole a dollar from me I paid cash and she wouldn’t give me a receipt when I asked for receipt. She was very hesitant and needed to print it out after about five minutes. She said she had to print it from another computer. Got my receipt and noticed I was missing a dollar when I went inside to speak to a manager about the incident employees in there told me there was no manager on site. I’m trying you’re paying cash please ensure you get a receipt. It’s sad that there is no integrity at this location never in 1 million things that I think that this would happen to me being my favorite coffee place in Lubbock, Texas. Very cute coffee shop, really enjoyed the decor and vibes inside, and the food and service were terrific! We had an iced mocha moon latte, a hot chocolate with a shot of decaf, a chocolate chip cookie, and a cruffin, and all of it was delicious. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the girl who made our order kindly offered to remake my mocha when I realized I had forgotten to ask for it iced, which was very sweet of her considering that was my mistake. Their boss (not sure if she was the manager or owner) happened to be in, so we took the opportunity to compliment her on her employees, as well as the cleanliness of the business (restrooms included!), and she was super friendly as well. Hate having to write a negative review on behalf of my husband. He’s gone there twice through the drive thru and both times the person over the intercom have been rude. The first time was a few days ago, husband got there at around 7:30 and the barista told him they stopped making drinks. No explanation, people in the cafe that he could see. But not serving anything through the drive thru? The person was short with him also. It was a male. The second time a female barista was again short with him. This was also around 7:20/7:30 pm.
