Picked up Fajita Pete's for supper. Quick and easy through the app. Got beef & shrimp fajitas. It comes with rice and refried beans and the usual fajita fixings except for sour cream. Also got a chicken quesadilla. Chips and hot sauce were also included. Everything was packaged well and maintained good heat.
The fajitas had really good flavors which I very much enjoyed. The beef was a little tough but that happens often with the beef ones. The flour tortillas worked well. Rice and beans were typical Tex Mex but tasted good. I really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. Lots of chicken and cheese! Chips are VERY thin but had a good flavor. Just hard to use them as a spoon as I like to do with my beans and rice. Lol
All and all a good meal. Averaged after tip of $15 per person which I thought was pretty reasonable.
They get a 5 for service as the gentleman that worked the window was very friendly. 4.5 on food due to the toughness of the meat. However, I would...
Read moreI have been here 2 times. Once for lunch where I got the beef fajitas that had to be boiled beef like substance and Charo beans. It was so very very gross. Two of the others with me got the quesadillas. They hated them. I had a peice and regretted it. The other guy with us hot the floutas. They where good. Each plate will run 16 to 20 bucks. They only have bottled soda, margaritas and cups for tea.
Tonight I got the carnitas fajitas. I wish I had the beef back it was so gross. My wife had the chicken burrito with queso and it was the best thing yet. It was all beans but the cheese made it kinda worth it. Not really I am just trying to find a saving grace for the place.
If you want decent food I can promise that Rosa's is ten times better. And I don't like Rosa's. They would have to pay me to go back I have so little faith in the quality and flavor...
Read moreABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I ordered the veggie fajitas & I can guarantee you get a lot better selection at The Plaza for the price at this place. All of the sides were squished in the small bowls like KFC sides. I don't like my food touching, so I couldn't separate the cheese from the pico, guacamole, or lettuce, etc. They don't have proper drinks, so you're gonna pay $2.49 for a bottle of water or soda. The tortillas were hot when they were wrapped up, but as soon as you take them out & get your fixings on it, it's more like a chalupa shell. There's not any way to make a burrito proper. The salsa is brought out piping hot with crisps in a paper bag that's greasy. The chairs are almost impossible to get up & down in since there's no armrests on them. Only 1 thin napkin with the plastic ware. DEFINITELY...
