i ordered through the mobile app and as someone who also works for a mcdonalds i completely understand getting something wrong every so often as long as your mistake is recognized and you learn how to better yourself. i have autism, so i ordered my food with only ketchup on a regular quarter. because i had it delivered i placed my order and waited for it to arrive. however when it arrived we didnt have a mc delivery bag, only one of our drinks were right and none of our food was right. we had a medium #7 with a sprite and a quarter pounder with a large frozen fanta. our dasher apologized on their behalf and when we opened our bag i saw we had a 20 piece, a mcdouble no pickle or onion and 2 large french fries. after debating with my boyfriend about us calling the store as i am very nonconfreatational. a manager who answered told us to take it up with the app or to show up to the store and they’ll remake it. so we went to the store and asked about the order. i was in tears at this point. they started remaking and took my phone to the back to copy down my order. a larger male manager then comes by and tells us that were at the wrong store and then started laughing. we told him that no that was my address he was looking at and he told me that we were still at the wrong store. the man who delivered our food happened to be there and stood up for us which at that point he let us leave. my issue was not with the dasher. or the crew members. however it is with the management at the store. we were told to go up there and when we did we still got one thing wrong. we had a DOUBLE quarter all the way. the only thing we got right was a sprite and even then we had to go to a whole other store just to get the right order. im sure that if our dasher was not there we would have been fully kicked from the store and had whatever food we had...
Read moreThey don’t even deserve one star. I am absolutely in shock! My mother was hungry and we had no food in the house, so we tried to find enough money for her to go get something cheap enough for her to not be sick as she is on two high dose heart medications and a heart monitor. She went through the drive through and when she got to the window she was told they couldn’t fulfill her order, after asking for her money back (all the money we had to our name) the manager responded with attitude and gave her the wrong amount shorting her. When my mom asked for the money again she took my mom’s card and walked around the store arguing and talking to other people, and making fun of my mother. At this point with a long line behind her my mother was in tears, nauseous and embarrassed that she even needed to ask for her money back, let me reiterate it was ALL the money we had. She just wanted her card back so she could leave. The manager told her to pull up and she would give it to her up there. She pulled up and had three police cars pull up and begin berating her, the manager came and took pictures of my disabled mother in her pajamas, in tears and took pictures of the car while my mother pleaded for her to stop. My mother was on the verge of a panic attack and crying and was being berated, her heart is already in bad shape (hence the heart monitor), this was the last thing she needed. They then had the gall to ban her. I am appalled. This is disgusting. For a company that claims on their website that they are a company “committed to doing the right thing” I am in disbelief that they allow this behavior from employees. McDonalds needs to rectify this. Hire better people, train them better. All she needed was a refund for food they could...
Read moreOrdered through the mobile app on 7/6 at 5:55pm waited 20 minutes at the curbside. Had to pick up our kids and tried to cancel through the app but was not given the option so I called the location to cancel on their end. I was told they were not able to cancel my order and told me I have to cancel through the app but already stated I was not given that option. I was told the GM was not in and to call back tomorrow. Called the next day and was asked if I had spoken to customer service first, I had sent in an inquiry about the situation. He said it takes about 36 hours for a charge to clear from my statement but I was charged and my bank confirmed that. Again talked to the same guy the day before. He said he would have a solution but ended up saying the GM would be in tomorrow morning. I called my bank and customer service and received my case number and was told it was sent to the owners association and the owner of that location would call. I waited Thursday and Friday with no call back. So I called the store once more 7/11, and finally spoke to the GM, she said to bring in the emailed receipt. I came into the store and immediately there was major attitude the moment I mentioned I had called about the refund of an order I never received. The GM looked at the amount of what my card was charged and also the menu items that were ordered. Asked me the total and still shorted me. I’m not calling back for 24 cent difference but the attitude of the employees and the GM was comical. They’ll charge you and give you the run around and be upset for a mistake they made. Just warning people to stay away from this location and lack of customer service. It shouldn’t take a whole week for...
