Update: I talked to Selena, a manager, she was so helpful caring and understanding. I'm changing my score because of her. She was more helpful than the General Manager Monica.
From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the register had an attitude. I watched her take my sister's order and not provide her, her beverage. I guess that uset her so she met my ordering with instant hostility. I provided my code which was for a $1 drink. I orderd a large fry and 2 cheese burgers. I had a survey redemption for a free burger if you buy one. She crumbled the reciept which was new for me to see. My total ended up being $8.XX but by my caulations it should have been less. I asked her how and her response was that's what it says. I broke it down my order. She said my burger were 3.98. I explained one was free. She said she promo'd it already. I showed her on the board it was 1.98 for a cheeseburger. She agreed then smirkly said you got 2. I reminded her one was free. She asked for help from her friends to "explain to my what my balance was." She came over I asked how much is a cheeseburger not a McDouble not a Double Cheeseburger. The sign says $1.98. I explained my order and she instantly saw the orignal girl did not correctly promo. I recived no explanation or apology. The little cashier who had attitude the entire time walked off mad. I walked around the corner to grab my drink but I can see the little girl talking to the girl who helped her. I asked what was that? I didn't hear you. The other girl who originally helped rudely yelled back, "this is our conversation." I said no but you are clearly talking about me. She started shouting back along with her little friend who can't add. I said go get me a manager. They brought him out from the back. He listend to the situation and told me he would handle it. Even while I was talking to the manager the girl kept interjecting. The manager neverr corrected it but she walked to the back. As we were nearing the end of our meal, we heard them say "yes he's still here, over there." then your large employee I guess one of the cooks? came out to try to intimidate us I guess? He didn't say anything except ya'll have a goodnight when we were leaving. I acknowledge him but I knew he was out there by "their" orders. This was a horrible customer experience.

Read moreRUDE!! I pulled up and saw a sign that said $6 meal and ordered it. The guy had no clue what a $6 meal was and if I could tell him what it was. I reversed, looked at the sign, pulled forward and explained to him it was a Double cheeseburger meal. Then I pull up to the first window, blocked off by a tray, went to the second to find a women with her back turned to the window. After about a minute of this she turns around and says NOTHING! Doesn’t say Hello OR gives me the price!! I handed her my card, she rudely snatched it from my hand, gave it back and slammed the window and AGAIN had her back turned to me while she entertained her coworkers! She handed me my DP, I said thank you, she said NOTHING! THEN she handed me my food and before I could say thank you, she slammed the window and AGAIN had her back pressed up against the drive through window BEFORE I drove off. It was ridiculous how this women represented herself...
Read moreOnly because there are no negative stars. The order was placed with "no onions" on every item - 3 McDoubles and 2 McRibs - with extra pickles and extra sauce on both the McRibs. When we got the order she read back correctly the McDoubles, but then a McRib and the second McRib no onions, extra pickles. When we told her it was wrong, she said "That's what's on my screen" and when I told her it was wrong, she just stood there. I then told her I would pull over to the parking space while they corrected the order. 28 minutes later, we had to go inside to check on it. Manager was called. Both girls said "It wasn't my fault". Manager simply apologized, no compensation whatsoever was offered. P.S. the employees totally ignore a little girl waiting on a drink cup.
