Went in at 7:50 for an online pick up order for 2 footlongs, it wasnât that busy with only one other customer in the building and one in the drive through. 3 men were working and all 3 of them looked at me when i came in and didnât say a word to me and immediately put their heads down so i went and stood by the register to tell them i had a pick up order since i saw my sandwiches sitting on the back counter. there was a customer ahead of me getting some sandwiches made at the service case and he kept having to repeat himself and basically scream what he wanted on his sandwiches because the workers were playing their own music with profanity, very loudly. one worker was just finishing an online order and the other was making the first customers sandwiches. i thought the guy who just finished 2 online order sandwiches would help me and was looking around still avoiding eye contact with me but then i didnât want to interrupt because now both of them were working on the first dudes sandwich even though the one couldâve easily gotten me my sandwiches or even just talked to me and asked what i was there for. they finished with the first customers sandwiches and one was stocking some stuff and the other was about to check the customer out both were still avoiding eye contact with me on purpose still so i was thinking after he stopped stocking some ingredients he would acknowledge me. instead, he then the turned to the customer that just walked in not even a minute ago and asked them what they wanted. at this point, i had to kind of g go to the service case and interrupt the customers who were starting to order and say hey i had a pick up order itâs been sitting right behind you for the past 10 minutes. the guy with the long hair who was checking the customer out handed me my sandwiches without saying a word or even a slight smile. the sandwiches had wrong ingredients, were ice cold when i wanted them toasted for a reason, and were very messy so it wasnât even worth the bad experience or the money i spent on them. the past 5 times iâve been to this location itâs been a similar story definitely my...
Read moreI ordered 2 cups of soup online and when I got to the store to pick-up my order, they gave me 2 half of cups of soup. I was like what happened? Did you guys run out of soup? ...The young lady stated let me find out what happened. Another young lady came from the back of the store and said we're only suppose to give a laddle of soup per order...Of course I'm standing there perplexed; thinking who sells a half of cup of soup calling it a cup...Either charge more for the cup or use a smaller container. Well I decided that I would just get my money back and get soup somewhere else...That's when things went really south. I was told that they were not able to refund the money because it was an online purchase and they didn't know how. I asked for the manager and they called her and she was very rude and angry. Needless to say I left without a refund. I called corporate office and they told me to go back to the store to get my refund. I advised them that I would have to go back on another day. I had already left and was on my way back to work. Well I did go back a couple of days later only for the rude angry manager to try to give me only half of my money back when I did receive any product from them at all. I was like, can you please give me the rest of my money. She said that she couldn't give me the full refund. I politely told her that I would just contact corporate office and deal with them. I called corporate office again and they said that they would have the general manager to call me back. I asked who owned that particular site and asked if they would have him to please call me. Needless to say I was never contacted by the general manager or the store owner. The sad part is that the purchase was less đȘ đ đ than $5.00, but for me it was the principle of the matter. It was my money and I didn't get what I had ordered so why would they want to keep any part of the money??? That was my crazy unbelievable experience at this location and if someone would have told me this story, I'd be laughing extremely hard in disbelief. Sad đ„ đ đ đ but all of it is...
Read moreWe seen a special online BOGO and walked in Lyn was the lady behind the counter said itâs online only. So we sat down to order online. Another customer walks in and he ask for a sandwich and Lyn says â Not Today Satan Not Todayâ. His response was â excuse me I didnât hear you, Lyn makes a loud sighing noise. He turns to leave.
So while weâre sitting there another employee shows up and goes behind the counter. She begins to tell her how that guy came in made a smart remark to her, then she tells the other lady how weâre waiting for the BOGO and itâs ridiculous because itâs costing her money.
Our order comes out and I said to her that young man just said excuse me I didnât hear you. Lyn says him and I have history, I said thatâs fine but you canât have that attitude in front of customers. I told her I heard her complaining to the other girl about us order the BOGO. Lyn says it hurts my food cost. I told her I worked for Dominos pizza in a high position for 12 years a long time ago and we had coupons and when I worked there we had 30 minutes or free, I know all about food cost but you still donât say things like you did in front of customers. She said yeah but dominos cuts off coupons after so many are used we donât. I hate to tell her back in the 80âs at Dominos we didnât cutoff coupons. I was a Regional Training coordinator for one of the busiest regions in America. I would have fired her and if she was a franchisee she would lose it immediately.
Plus my Philly Cheese Steak the...
