As we always do we make a pitstop before heading home on a 6 hour drive. Unfortunately 25 minutes of those 6 hours were spent waiting??? for our ""To-Go-Order"". This is the second time at this location that we've had to wait and probably will be the last... and the EXCUSE... that we were given as to "justify" why it took so long is that the drive thru takes priority over any counter tickets because they are timed on their drive thru orders regardless of the time the dining room has to wait. I stood and watched as my order "to go" got bumped THREE times to fully complete theirs and two of them was for the same freaking burritos as what I ordered, and one was a large order that was asked to pull around, but cuz it's a drive thru order it is more important than anybody else's order... and mine was "TO GO!!!” So word of warning if you want to dine in and eat here... "DONT”... as you are not important enough as the drive thru, so order it via the drive thru... and then go inside to eat after they serve you at the window and dine in... As Idiocracy as it sounds it's the only way to get your food in a timely manner and this is supposed to be a "FAST” food restaurant...???...

The 2nd bad experience at the 50th & Q location in as many visits. 1st experience ordered 8 combination burritos in drive thru. There were no other customers visible inside and no one behind us in the drive thru. Took 15 min to get our order and by that time a second vehicle had placed an order as well and had to wait and ended up getting theirs at the same time as ours. We thought this was a fluke the first time and went for a 2nd visit and boy we were wrong, This time we went inside and placed an order to go... 12 combo burritos. The staff made 2 burritos and stopped making our order to complete a drive thru order. This happened 3 times that our order was bumped to complete a drive thru orders while our food got cold. This time it took 25 min to get our order to go, but felt like 45 min. As we watched our order get bumped three times. Manager on duty Brandon gave many excuses but did not offer a solution about how to keep this from happening again. Needless to say we will never visit this T.V. again on our way...

Today I went back to a location that refused me service when I tried to pay with a $100 bill weeks ago.
I tried to pay with tap to pay this time and was asked to hand over my device in order to pay. It appears the cord given to the window attendant is not long enough to reach outside the window? Either way it's pathetically unacceptable. The attendant is wearing gloves to protect from germs etc while handling currency as currency is expectedly dirty. Why in gods name would I place a $1000 device in an attendants hands? And what if they were to drop it?
You are failing if in 2025 you cannot accept currency in many forms.
I have tried now to pay with two forms of tender And the company has been unable to accept the tender 🤷♂️
With single burritos that cost near the price of 1lb lean beef... You simply NEED to do better.
