I have done business with Buddy’s for about 4 years at least and I have always gotten crappy quality from them. But after today I will never be a buddy’s customer and I will never refer any friends or family to them!. I was leasing a tv from them that had insurance but it started messing up and we were told if it was repairable it would be replaced with a brand new one!. Long story short they didn’t contact us about the outcome of our tv for 4 weeks but still made sure to remind us of our payment due every week. After finally griping them out we were told that it was in fact not repairable so they had a brand new one in the box waiting for us at the store and would bring it the following day. It was not brand new or in the box. They sent me a tv that had been repossessed from someone else! When I asked to talk to a manager they said he wouldn’t contact me for 2 weeks! So when I called and asked to speak to a manager bc I had OUTSTANDING service from them the manager called me within 5 mins not knowing it was me a very upset customer. The manager was so rude and costantly talked over me and repeatedly called me a liar. I will never ever do business w these ppl again and advise anyone who wants great quality in their investments to not shop with Buddy’s. Our kids bunk beds were falling apart within months as well as our own. Then the tv messed up. Such a horrible experience!. Save yourself the time money and hassle and shop...

Never will I ever return to this store again! I came in with my little brother who not only has a mental disability but who needed help with a laptop to go back to school and the short fat lady with glasses was not only rude but kept repeating herself about what was needed and when I told her that we don’t have one of the documents due to we don’t have it because we don’t need it then she denied helping us, but continued to repeat herself again like a uncaring telemarketer reading a script! Obviously this lady hates her job and hates working due to being lazy because why would she be annoyed every time we asked for help or asked her about anything to do with her walking back and fourth or related to her job! Took my brother up the street and he got what he needed plus we got a living room set! Obviously Buddy’s hires lazy people who hate their jobs and people who have issues with mentally challenged individuals! I bought a new washer and dryer and unfortunately the washer did not work, I called upset because how the heck did it not work, right? Any who, I called to see if maybe they had something else I might like, they didn’t, so at this point I’m ready to turn the set in and get my down payment back, Monique called back and stated they wanted to make it right and they were gonna provide me with a loaner while they replace the washer. I was relieved I really loved the washer set so I didn’t want to give it up for something I didn’t like. Thank y’all for making it right once I get the my original washer I will give the 5 stars!
