I saw this place on Instagram and I HAD to give it a try!
I pulled up to the drive thru and it took like 15 minutes for the first car to order. They were just sitting there. I don’t know if they were trying to figure out what they wanted or if the staff was taking a while. Either way, this was annoying.
Everyone was so friendly here! They asked me how my day was with a smile and it is good customer service like that that really makes or breaks a place! It made me happy to visit here.
I grabbed a 32oz Cotton Candy Cloud drink and I LOVE it! It was super sweet and full of cotton candy flavor! My boyfriend got a large Sour Watermelon shaved ice and he really enjoy it and the pinwheel ontop! Super cute.
I did find a really big piece of plastic in my drink... the hard way. At first I thought it was ice, but when I bit into it, it didn’t break. This was incredibly concerning, as I could have swallowed this which isn’t too healthy.

Read moreThis happys needs a BETTER intercom system!! It has a terrible one and the employees can not hear you more than half of the time. We have had our orders botched many times because they cannot hear! They are on a super busy street where traffick is non stop and there is a lot of noise but their intercom is terrible you can't hear them and they can't hear you!! We went and the girl had a really hard time hearing us order, we had to pull to the window to talk to her. Then we get our drinks and it's ridiculously filled with ice. I mean the cup is about 90 percent ice and 10 percent drink?? How is that okay? We basically paid for a cup of ice. It was three sips and gone...that is completely unacceptable.
