The lady that works the drive up window is SO RUDE. Last time I was there, my son said "I'll take six donut holes". BTW, normally I would say a half dozen, but I just repeated what he said. "The lady" then repeatedly told me, "Next time you don't say six, you say half dozen". So thank you for telling me what I can and can not say. OK, so today I clearly order 3 REGULAR kolachis. And I know I ordered regular, because I ALWAYS order regular. Well, she gave me 3 jumbo. When I asked her about it, she said there's two sizes, jumbo and regular. I said yes, I ordered regular. Again, she says there's jumbo and regular. She doesn't offer to switch them out. Basically, she's like you're keeping the 3 jumbo I gave you. The location on Quaker, off 82nd is by far better. Love that location. They're super fast...

Death in Family 😢💔 Sue has lost her wonderful husband to a massive stroke this month. Their little family has this business, and they run it, with smiles, laughs, and the best , and biggest cinnamon twists and bear claws in Lubbock. Their little bags of Donuts holes are always fresh with just the right amount of sweet. My husband and I Have been going there for years, and this morning was different than other visits,, Sue is strong, and will be ok, but in these difficult times , She is just doing her best everyday. I go to the rise and shine on university almost everyday. They are fantastic. Today it was out of my way to go to that one so i visited this one instead thinking they would be same. I was for sure mistaken. My burrito was small and not wrapped good enough. I asked for chocolate glazed donuts. Instead of telling me they were out, they coated regular glazes donuts in chocolate. They were to sweet and a huge freaking mess. Even my kids (who love the other donuts) wouldn't eat them. So in turn i had to spend extra money because basically the donuts i bought aren't edible.
