Whataburger — Restaurant in Lubbock

Ok so I eat at this whataburger literally almost every night... They are the only place open as late as I get home to go get a salad... Every night around 11 or midnight they are probably the slowest whataburger I have ever eaten at but hey I get it it's late no one wants to work.... But tonight I go to get my usual and sit in line for about 30 to 40 minutes and get all the way up to the window to hear "sir we don't have any salads do you want something els" flabbergasted having waited so long for nothing I replied no where she then shut the window and left, she came back with a manager who didn't even bother to look at me he punched numbers and pulled some money out and walked away with out ever even acknowledging me at all she opened the window said here you go and I drove off... I left feeling like they really did not care at all that I sat exhausted and hungry in their line for 40 minutes for no reason.... The worst customer service I have ever had from a fast food resteraunt in my life and that is really saying something.... That manager does not care about the satisfaction of the consumer and should face...

I've been here twice and apparently no one can take a simple order. 1st time we were told to pull forward and our order would be brought out to us. 2 other cars got their food at the window before we went inside and out food was just sitting there getting cold and was wrong. 2nd time, less than 30 min ago my husband had to argue with the staff as he was asking for a cheesburger for my child and they insisted that they don't have a regular cheeseburger only the jalapeño cheese burger. After finally sorting out that we wanted a cheeseburger kids meal with cheese, they gave us the jalapeño cheese burger. Clearly brainless employees. I've eaten there once, (the one on 50th and Q) and the fries were cold, the burger was soggy. As far as y'all staying open 24 hours a day I call B/S on that, I walked down there about 2:00am 'cause I was hungry and y'all were closed, and I was "livid" if your going to advertise something on the window, then "go by your word" are you special or something, every Whataburger besides y'all (that I've been to) goes by their word and guess what, they should get a reward and hang it over y'alls head.
