This is the worst Whataburger of all time. They consistently forget items that you have paid for. I made a corporate complaint after they neglected to put my honey butter chicken biscuit in my bag and was promptly contacted by the new GM, Brandy. I explained in my complaint that I knew mistakes are bound to happen (I work in a full service restaurant), but the frequency at which mistakes occur here leads me to believe that staff and management really don't care. Brandy offered me a coupon for a free meal which I accepted. She was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, when I went to Whataburger later that week after getting off from work I was met by manager Norma who was very rude and almost threatening. She said "are you the one who said they didn't get their chicken biscuit?" To which I replied "we didn't recieve a couple items we ordered" I genuinely thought she was going to do something to my food with the way she treated me, almost like she couldn't believe that her staff consistently does not check orders. She even took down my full name and said she would "remember me." But again, it was in a very aggressive manner. At one point she, in a very snide tone, said to the cashier, "well we will make sure it's all in there this time." She clearly does not take complaints seriously, nor does she want to change the mediocrity in her restaurant - which begins with her management. Additionally, a different time at this Whataburger my boyfriend went into the restaurant to retrieve an item left off from our order (a different time) to be met by staff who asked him "did they f* up your order too?" The cashier was taking the order of another 2 ladies who had someone on the phone trying to tell the cashier what he wanted. She was rude to them but she wasnāt talking to me so I let it be. When it was my turn I went up there and greeted her, she ignored me and proceeded to ask what I want. I tell her my order and then ordered another chicken strip sandwich. She asked if I meant the bbq butter chicken strip sandwich and I told her I had to ask my husband real quick. She then proceeded to say thatās the only one they had and I cannot take off the bbq. I pay and go sit down. There was another man in front of me who had order #77. She called out his order and he said āI think itās mineā while he was looking for his receipt to check. Then she rudely told him that this is why he should keep track of his receipt so he gets his order. I agree but she didnāt have to be so rude about it. I didnāt catch her name but she was a black lady. If she hates her job so much that she has to talk to people like that without someone being rude first she should think about looking...

Tonight i came and stood at counter waiting to order while the male cashier played around with coworker( all while a young manager stood there watching and not saying anything to him) before paying attention to us.no greeting at all either. I placed my order and had to stop and wait because cashier kept turning around and talking to female coworker. I waited to have his attention 2 timesthen he fianlly takes my order asked toasted buns on both sides 3times!! And kid said he would take care of the orderš.20 minutes almost for food to get to us and buns are cold and food half thrown on patty.Floors are dirty and the tables smell of dirty wet rag. Not to mention all the flies!!!! This is usually a great place to eat. What happened the the quality and cleanliness here.this place needs more responsible and driven team leaders. Managers need...
