Will not come back to this Chick-fil-A! Went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium Mac n cheese along with some other items. I checked my bag after leaving and noticed the Mac n cheese bowl looks like a small, so I call and tell them they gave me the wrong size. I just want the medium and they tell me that is fine. I can park and they can bring it out to me. When someone finally comes out to my car he hands me the Mac n cheese and tells me he needs the other Mac n cheese back. I said what? I’ve already touched it, you can’t take it back and serve it to anyone? It’s just gonna go I. The trash? Why wouldn’t I br able to just keep it? This little idk 15 year old boy proceeded to tell me that it’s just what his “ manager” asked of him. So end up looking at the Mac n cheese he just gave me so I can see if it’s the medium size and come to find out it’s the EXACT SAME SIZE THEY ALREADY GAVE ME so I tell the boy that there is no way I just paid $4.10 for this small bowl? And he said yes that’s our medium size. I said there is no way. That is ridiculous. He then says we’ll do you want to talk to the manager. I tell him yes…. The MANAGER couldn’t even come out and talk to me about the whole situation! He sent the boy out with the small and medium cup sizes for the Mac n cheese! 🤦♀️ so not only are you going to “throw” away( probably reserve) the Mac n cheese I had in my hands but your also doing to send out a 15 year old boy to do your dirty work?!?? I’m am not coming back to this Chick-fil-A and I suggest no one else come here either! You get food handled by anyone and they don’t care where it’s been they just want it back! I could care less about some Mac n cheese! I could go home and make my own!...
Read moreToday, Saturday, 5/3/25, I placed a mobile order, charged me $21.22 and then completely disappear from the app and the store did not have it either. Yes, it was the correct location, 4th & Frankford. I expressed this concern very kindly to the staff as my kids were already inside playing on the playground waiting for their lunch. The employee told me that there was essentially nothing she could do, did not ask me what items I had or offer to help at all other than ask me if I needed to speak with someone in charge to which I said yes, please. The lady with red hair then comes over with an extremely exasperated look on her face and barely gave me the opportunity to kindly explain my situation before she cut me off and reiterated to me what the employee said. After showing her where I had paid and been charged with dates and times directly from my bank account to prove, she again said there was nothing she could do and accused me of just trying to get free food. Arguably, I could have reminded her that I absolutely did pay and that was entirely inappropriate behavior of a manager but chose to keep the peace. Might I add that her breath was beyond potent, very unprofessional appearance for a manager. I asked her why she was so frustrated with me and would she like it if this was her situation. She told me to have a good day and rolled her eyes and walked away. I gathered my children and left. This was my favorite Chick-fil-A and a place I visited weekly but I am sad to say I will never be returning to this location after this experience. I hope this review reaches the right person so that the correct changes can be made...
Read moreMost of the time, Chick-Fil-A is amazing. Unfortunately, I must give a bad review for this particular location. I am not exaggerating a bit when I say that every time I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong or not complete. In addition, I feel like they punish the drive-thru customers with over cooked or under cooked fries. Why can they not cook fries properly. They should be crispy, not oily or raw. I went there today, 8-9-23 and what do you know, they didn’t give me the 8 count nuggets. I had to look through the bag, which has become a necessity every trip. The guy at the window seemed annoyed because he stared straight at the wall as if he was gazing into outer space. Lo and behold, I get home and realize that if I hadn’t asked for my nuggets, I would have had to make another trip back to the location to fill my order, just like I have done the last 10 times. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more. It’s so bad, I think I will drive another 5 miles to a location that actually cares about doing a good job. P.S. My daughter said the tea was not good to...
