Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lubbock

I’m normally satisfied with my order, only place I can get a decent Chicago dog. I ordered 2 Chicago dogs with extra onions. Person assumed I wanted to upgrade m my dog and tried to charge me 3.19 per Chicago dog instead of 2.19. She corrected the order. I got home and took my hotdogs out and I literally got 1 Chicago dog and 1 💩 dog. The 💩 dog was no where near what I ordered. Instead of the traditional pickle spear they put pickle SLICES. They forgot the onions. They forgot the seasoned salt. But they didn’t forget the relish, tomatoes, and peppers...yay 😒 very very dissatisfied with my order. Customer Service... A+++. Wienerschitzel The Chicago Dog ...D- (bordering on an F with BEyond substandard ¨fries¨). The founders of THIS franchise should actually go to Chicago and HAVE a REAL Chicago Dog (Maxwell Street area recommended) and please KNOW salt and pepper to complete THIS dish ruins the ALL creating an unnecessary salty experience. The choice to use thin fries would BE BEtter served if wrapped with the hot dog (thick cut or crinkled cut fries IS the standard and preferred). HORRIBLE!!! First off, was told by an employee sitting in her car that they were under staffed so the lobby was closed. Went through the drive thru and waited to place our order for minutes 4-5, which was fine since they were short staff. Pulled up and took them about 10 minutes to get the vehicle ahead their food. Finally got to the window and saw why it was taking so long. Only 1 employee preparing food while the 2 others were at the inside counter talking, while the lobby was closed. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and very little condiments. WILL NEVER EAT...
