The company I work for, treats the healthcare community and one of our large healthcare clinics picked Dutch Bros for their weekly treat. I spoke to Dutch Bros corporate and they said to go to a location of my choice and make arrangements with the manager at that location. So this is what I did. I initially chose the location on Slide road in Lubbock, Texas. I always took the order the day before and made the necessary arrangements. I arrived the day of nothing was ready and it took over an hour to get my order ready (even though I took my order EVERY time the day before). So I decided to try a less busy location, so I went to the Dutch Bros on University (again, the day before) and they turned me down and referred me to the location on 112th and Quaker. I again, took the order the day before and again I arrived and nothing was ready and I waited patiently for over an hour for my order. I asked the manager (Tracy) if there was something I could do differently to make it easier on them. She said just to let her know if this was going to be a reoccuring order every week and she would make sure they had the staff that morning and I said yes, it will be every Friday and I will always bring the order the day before. So I arrive the next Thursday with my order and she said she could not promise she would have it ready because she did not know if I would actually show up. So I paid upfront for my order, she reluctantly took the order and stated she still couldn't promise she would be able to have it ready and said she spoke to corportate and they said they knew nothing about this (I paid up front and left a large tip for filling this large order of 18 drinks)?? So I arrived the next day and she told me she would no longer be able to take my orders and that corporate said they can not bring in extra help just for my order. I will now be taking my orders to local coffee companies who appreciate our community, our healthcare workers and our business. I will always support our local businesses and community, never again will I use these chain locations who obviously...
Read moreI just have to say I have never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros, but today was top tier. It was my dog’s birthday, so I wanted to get him a pup cup. I originally had gone to Starbucks, only because it was closer, only to be told I couldn’t get one without a purchase. I asked if there was anyway I could pay for it and he told me no. So I went out of the way to go to Dutch Bros. As soon as I got there they were so kind. They told me I could get a pup cup, even without purchase. Not only that, the manager said she felt bad and wanted to give me a free drink. I was so appreciative and honestly it made my day. I didn’t need a drink because it was already 6:30pm, but the fact that they did that after I had been told I couldn’t get a pup cup from another coffee shop made both our days. Thank yall so much for always being so kind and going above and beyond with your customer service. One of the many reasons I am a loyal,...
Read moreI come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly...
