Worst customer service I ever had. The heavy set guy with the nose piercing was being very disrespectful. We tried to sample las aguas frescas and he raised his voice at us. He told my friend not to touch the glass but in a very rude way, mind you she didn’t even touch the glass she pointed to the agua she wanted to try. Very unprofessional, And as we were trying to check out with the other cashier he yelled at us telling us that we can’t use Apple Pay. After that he was grinning with the girl cashier laughing and making jokes about us. They made us feel unwelcome...

As someone who loves unique foods, this place is a huge sinful pleasure for me. I desperately love Rose ice cream and they have it! It! They have so many unique flavors, there's no way I can try all the ice creams. And that's not the only kind of dessert and foods that they have. Everybody in Lufkin and the surrounding areas definitely need to go to this place and enjoy everything that they have. If I could go here...
