Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lufkin

The best Sonic in Lufkin hands down. I come here every once in a while in various hours and I have always had the best service and food than the others. The employees are very nice and always give me suggested items (such as "Would you like a drink with that?" "Would you like to add a desert to your order?") which in my opinion makes the restaurant's customer service impeccable. Anyhow the food always come hot and fresh. Occasionally I have to wait around 5-7 minutes for my food to come out but it's well worth it. Menu is simple to read and there's a large variety items to pick from. From burgers, to popcorn chicken, from soft drinks to slushees, and the vast amount of different flavors of shakes, you will find something that will crave your appetizer. I love their employees so much that I always leave a tip because they deserve it. The building is quite old so there's maintenance that need to be done to it, such as the parking lot and the amount of parking spaces available, but it's not something that bothers me. No drive-thru but it doesn't need one to be honest. Overall this is a great Sonic location and I strongly advise going to this one rather than the other...

The only reason this is a one star review is because it wont let me leave a zero star. This sonic location is absolute trash. I’ve had bad experiences here a few times and waited to come back thinking maybe it got better. No! When i pulled in i pushed the red button and waited a few minutes then pushed it again. They werent busy at all. Then a lady come out and told me that stall wasnt working. Didnt bother to put a sign on it or a cone it its spot or anything to show it wasnt working. So i moved to a different spot and made my order. While making my order the person taking it was constantly rude and snappy. I then waited for 30 minutes while watching other vehicles come and go and i havent seen or heard anything about my order. I called back thru the button and asked what the status of my order was and they just turned it off. So i pushed the button again and they just said itll be out. So i asked how long its already been 30 minutes and they just repeated itll be out with no time frame. So we waited another 5-10 minutes then i left and went to...

I order last night one Number 1 with easy Onions and no Pickles with a Med blue coconut. And my wife order a Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Combo with mustard and Easy Onions and Ched 'R' Peppers and Med Tropical Colada Slush.

I park and the worker headed me the two drinks and the brown bag with the rest of the order. I get back home and then my wife said she did not get her Ched 'R' Peppers and then open the bag i had i a order of Tots and one Corn Dog. And then i see i did not have my SONIC® Cheeseburger for my Number one.

i had to drive back up there and get the rest of my order. Please check your order be for leave. I think some of the employees Claim they forget to add peoples order in the bags by Mistake. And they be true some of the times. But think sometimes they do that on purpose and steal someone order so they can something free. And this not the first time here. i have few on times Some of my other things did not get the bag.
