Stop by for a refreshment after a long drive. Drive thru was busy but counter inside was empty. Young lady behind counter gave me a rushed generic greeting. Upon giving me my blizzard instead of the traditional flip she laid it on the side like she fell and I was going to wear it instead of eating it. She picked it back up, turned her head and walked away. I got the apple pie blizzard and it was what you would expect to half way down, then all it was at the bottom was vanilla ice cream not fixed with topping. If I could give less than one star, I would. Every single time I go to this specific location, they literally never have the cotton candy blizzard, one of the number one sellers! Last time I went to order a blizzard, they didn’t have it and I decided to order a brownie sundae, but I was told they did not have vanilla ice cream. How can you not have vanilla ice cream?! The main ingredient for almost every single frozen item. There is just no excuse for the lack of care for the customer and never having any basic items. Do not waste your time going here! How can you say Ice cream and Shake are at the top of your menu ( WHICH IS WHAT DAIRY QUEEN IS KNOWN FOR) when your Ice cream machines are ALWAYS down for cleaning!!!!!! Especially on the weekends or in the evening. This store is a waste of space. When you do happen to be serving Ice cream your employees are RUDE AS HELL.
