3/19/2015 :The drive thru service sucks! Every time I visit the drive-thru I have a terrible experience, but this one takes the cake. If your on your way to work and want to stop by for a cup of coffee and a sandwich, keep on moving! I sat at the window for 2.5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or said Good Morning. When the younglady finally came on the speaker,I told her what I wanted, I had to repeat it twice because she kept getting it wrong. How can you mess up an order of cappauccino and a ham w/ swiss biscuit? Idk, but she did! To add to my long wait which has now turned into what should have been no less than a 6 to 7 minute experience; into a 25 minute nightmare. The 3 cars in front me were speeding off!!! No doubt they were late for work, as I was!!! I messaged my boss to inform her of what was going on, and to ask if she wanted something; her response was: "oh boy, your in for a long wait! Bring me a bagel w/ cream cheese!" When I finally got to the window the younglady pulled the window back with this long sad face....handed me my bag and never said a word! No good morning, no thank you, no nothing!!!! She closed the window. I sat there wondering if I was going to get my coffee or not. I sat some more, and some more, after about 4 minutes of sitting, she pulls the window back, hands me my cup which was half full of cappucinno and half full of cream. I was shaking the cup around to see if there was really something in it because it was so light, it felt empty! When I finally got to work, I look into my cup and just as I thought, the cup had more cream in it than it did coffee. I was totally disgusted with this whole experience and will not go back there again. The customer service is horrible!!!! Read moreI did a mobile order on my way into work. I haven’t had a delicious matcha in over 4 months and decided today would be the perfect day. Especially since I ran out of coffee at home. I pull into the drive thru and everything is great at the speaker. I pull around and to my surprise the car in front of me ordered a matcha too. (Even the same size as mine) The person in the car grabs the matcha then waits a second and her arm comes back out the window with the matcha. My stomach sank. When it went into her car I’m uncertain if she had to taste it to determine it was not hers. When she handed the drink back to the barista, the barista in return handed her a brown drink with cold foam 🤯🤯 no where close to a matcha. Any who the car gets their drink and pulls away. When I get to the window the barista has my matcha and a straw in her hand and proceeds to hand it to me. As I’m reaching my arm out the window I ask her, “so is this the same cup you just handed the car in front of me?” I’m holding the cup out of my car window because I’m waiting on a response. She turns to her coworker and says “should I just get it remade?” Her coworker looked frustrated and requested the drink be remade. Then the barista who failed to answer my question or even simply say hey I accidentally gave her your cup but she didn’t drink it or she sipped it but I’m getting it remade would have went a long way. She requested I pull up then changed her mind because there was no car behind me. I sat and waited just to get to work and taste my drink and it’s made with the wrong milk. It’s not my week. For future staff should know taking drinks/food back through the window is not a good look, especially to the cars behind them. The first thought is that was my food/drink and someone else just...
Read moreWas very disappointed passing through this Starbucks this morning. My mom and had been driving for hours and she was dying for her morning fix. We decided to stop by and get her a venti caramel macchiato ( a classic ) and to use the bathroom , I will say that she did inform me it was nice and clean inside. when my mom came back into the car I decided I wanted a hot white chocolate ofc monkey see monkey do. We go in the drive thru bc now I’m too lazy when my mom tells me her drink taste bland ( doesn’t sound right for a Starbucks ) so I try it and to my surprise it was. She told me not to return it as we don’t do send backs when it pertains to drinks or food ( just never know ) but I knew she needed her fix so when ordering my drink I told her I’d ask them for a new one. I let the person on the intercom know she had to ask her manager , manager approved. Upon coming to the window woman didn’t have a nice attitude ( maybe morning rush didn’t let it bother me ) I tried giving her the venti back since they were replacing it her response was “ no I can’t take that “ I said oh okay I’m sorry I just didn’t want you to think we were trying anything she tells her manager we can’t take those right he saids yea take it and she takes it but it’s the way she did it and tone that matters. ( customer service response should’ve been no it’s okay no worries … ) simple right ? Anyhow I get my drink and my moms drink and my moms drink is more watered down and my hot chocolate taste like water lol … not sure if it was on purpose or everything there just is watered down.
