The waitress was very friendly. The food is way too expensive and is not good. I had Asian flavored wings and they were as big as turkey legs. The waitress spoke with someone in the back and was told to tell me that she couldn't do anything about it because of the expense of the wings. Let me not mention that there are no prices on the menu. I asked about that and the cashier explained to me that there were no prices on the menu because as the food expense rise they have to go up on the price. I paid $19.37 for 10 wings that I didn't even eat. I will NEVER take my service back here again.

Update: After speaking with the manager Elia on February 15th I explained to him what happened. He spoke with the people that worked the night before and decided to give me a 20% discount on my next meal. The nice waitress that I spoke of in the original review lied and said that she advised me of the price. The price was never discussed. So Elia said that since he wasn't there he didn't know who to believe. People need to be truthful when mistakes are made. Needless to say I won't be attending this...

First time trying this place and unfortunately won't be back. Online ordering was easy- so I thought. Their website states "10% off first online order" - the discount showed on my order prior to submitting it..once I paid, the discount had disappeared & I was charged more then it showed. I pulled around to pick up my order at drive-thru window, & I saw an arm with my food hanging out the window. I had to tell her I couldn't pull forward or I would hit my food. She didn't say a word at the window. I told her about the discount I was supposed to receive and she says "I don't know what to tell you, that must be a Doordash thing." I told her I ordered directly thru their website and she just kept staring at me shrugging her shoulders, insisting she knew nothing about it. She was not helpful at all. Finally someone else came up and I showed them also. She said to call the next day to speak with a manager. After getting home to eat, my Philly was awful- flat, chewy deli meat. I didn't even finish half my sandwich it was so bad. Not even worth calling about the discount. We...

For starters I went to this clock around 2:30 so there was no lunch rush. There was only one other person inside so I figured service would be great since there’s only two customers. I sat down at a table because the sign said please seat yourself. My friend and I waited politely for about 10 minutes and no server came to our table so I though…maybe I go to the front to order. I was wrong. The waitress was busy talking with another waitress, which is fine I get it. We finally got to order and the wait time for the food was great, but my order was wrong. I waited for about another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to tell her because I don’t like being rude…so I waited. Once I told her she nicely got my order corrected. Then my friend and I sat there for another 30 waiting on the check. So all that to say there was poor service. I get wanting to talk with friends but there comes a point when you’ve got to do your job. I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The Greer one trumps this location in service and taste of food which is sad because it’s so close...
