AT&T Store — Local services in Wellford

Horrible!!! The Worst!!! They are short staffed! Save your the the hassle and don’t waste your time coming to this store. I waited over an hour, just cause the other Att store is on the other side of town from where I currently was thinking it wouldn’t take too long. Please don’t waste your time.

The guy in the store is not good with time management. I was buying a case for my phone, which would only have took a couple of minutes. He could have stop just to do that and go back to the one customer that he took over an hour with, with no since or urgency. I had to keep checking in to see how long the wait will continue to be. He said it wouldn’t be much longer and it still exceeded pass 30 minutes. I wasted so much time. I been with att to long and spend too much money a month for this type of treatment. The sales associate on staff was astronomically lazy and unwilling to help explain how to cancel a line. He continued to just repeat the customer service phone number to me after the fact I explained my attempts to be unsuccessful prior to driving to the att store. “I’m not changing my answer” was his exact statement. I’ve had 2 lines with att since 05 as well as home internet since 09. I’m a super easy going guy and I understand the marketing to woe customers away from canceling services. No big deal. But to be the only customer in the store and have a sales associate sit and stare at a computer while a long time customer is simply asking for help on how to fix one issue is totally...

Terrible store, manager is lazy and doesn’t do any actual work herself. Treats employees like second class citizens and expects everyone to do her job for her. Never work here unless you want a fat, lazy, disrespectful woman to attempt to boss you around for 12/hour and make you work every hour inconvenient to her. Also tells us to lie to customers and add protection and next up to every phone purchase regardless of if it’s okay or not with the customer.
